Pros We were using a pen and paper before we implemented new work permit software which was live changer for our department which many contractors working on our premises. It's very easy to set up and use. If any issues arise (which doesn't happen very often), I always receive immediate response from customer service team with solution or quick fix. Cons I would like to be able to 'Company Contractor / Department 'name on the main dashboard instead of 'Status' or 'Signed off' and/or also to able to search by Company Contractor / Department 'name in archive? Reasons for choosing IAMPermit IAMPermit was the best suit for us.
