Gino permet une meilleure pénétration de la culture juridique au sein des unités opérationnelles, et évite les erreurs sur les choix de matrice. Gino permet la mise à jour presqu'instantanée des clauses et la mise à disposition immédiate auprès des opérationnels : terminés les innombrables courriels de diffusion de matrices de contrats. Cela représente un gain de temps tout en sécurisant la production des contrats. Avec Gino nous sommes également passé à la signature électronique, l'outil de signature est très bien intégré. Enfin, tous nos contrats sont maintenant archivés sur Gino. Pros un outil qui permet de gérer un contrat de A à Z et facile d'utilisation Cons Il n'est pas encore possible de positionner la signature d'un document à un endroit déterminé lorsqu'il est sous format PDF.
