CFO Accounting Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "A Tech Company for People" November 8, 2022 5.0 The ease of access to real people has to be the best part of this platform. You're not talking to robots that are giving you a runaround. You have a problem and this system has button to help you. Adding that running reports has been the easiest task on this platform. Pros The navigation of the platform is very easy to figure out. WN provides training but you really don't get an understanding of the program until you really need it the most. To obtaining individual time cards to confirming if associates are currently at work when your text or calls goes unanswered makes the difference for this clock. essentially you can do the same feature on other products, but if you're really about changing the game with you platform and going to the next level, WN is the way to go. Cons There isn't a con that I have other than not taking advantage of the Staffing Agency side and only being on TLM. This product comes from someone who has been in the industry for many years and chooses not the deal with the head ache of staffing but rather than to elevator the entire industry. We completely understand where the creators of this product is going to control the market and we are all for it. Director of Operations Staffing and Recruiting Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Wurking for us" August 22, 2022 4.0 We have seen overall efficiencies in our time keeping process and reduction in payroll errors due to data-entry error since adopting WurkNow. We have more locations rolling over each week. The team's responses to our concerns and the product's continued development means that we're working with a better product each day we use it - and that's awesome. Pros Sleek user-interface, export options work with our custom software which has been notoriously hard to integrate with for other vendors. The support team and reps at the company have been just stellar. Cons Integration and adaptation was a little slow with our company culture and some of the initial offerings in our package weren't as appealing. Switched from [PeopleNet](https://www.capterra.com/p/216555/PeopleNet/) PeopleNet was outdated in it's usability and its support was nonexistent. Pros The recruiting and job posting features are excellent. It is easy to see what stage a candidate is in and it is very easy to post of job opening. Cons With any software there is room for development as demands change. WurkNow has been very receptive to our ideas as they are a forward thinking group that keeps the needs of the staffing industry in focus. Pros The most impactful feature is the data tracking. Desired features and customization is an option which is a great way to develop the system to work for your needs. The product is user friendly and easy to navigate. Cons There's a few items that I feel would be great to be updated and integrated, the lag time could be improved. President Computer Software Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Absolute "Must have" for California businesses - Modern timekeeping and compliance" November 14, 2022 5.0 Great experience overall. Pros Very easy to use and leverages all todays technology for a great experience. Using the Wurknow app to clock in and out is very easy for the employees. I love the built-in compliance features, so I never get into an issue of an employee not taking enough breaks or having too short of a lunch. The reporting is really easy, but gives the details I need. Cons Not sure I have any at this point, I am really looking forward to seeing what they come up with next. System Analyst Staffing and Recruiting Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Time Saver" August 10, 2022 5.0 Pros This software is very easy to use as it allows the company to customize how the employees clock in, either through a biometric clock, a mobile app or web browser. Another big benefit is the ability to pay employees a meal violation automatically whenever a lunch is missed which is a blessing for payroll. This system has great alerts that help us take care of payroll issues on a daily basis without having to search through hours of data. Additionally, the report customization has saved the company many hours of manual work. I would definitely recommend. Cons The feature I do not like is that the clocks require the employees to choose which button is needed to punch in/out or start/end lunch. Unfortunately, this is proving to be a difficult concept to grasp and the employees keep choosing the wrong button. It would be easier to have a clock that automatically takes the punch.
