Managing Director Consumer Goods Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Bidsquare Cloud Feedback" December 23, 2024 4.0 I like using Bidsquare Cloud because for me, it has been a great tool to get our auctions up and loaded. However, I have a hard time training my team because of all of the little quirks that they have to remember and ultimately forget so there is always a lot of clean up that has to happen. Ultimately, I am happy with Bidsquare Cloud, but hope that some of the little details can be ironed out to make using it much more straight forward and user friendly. Pros I like that Bidsquare Cloud is mostly intuitive when using the most needed aspects of the Cloud. Once a team member has been trained on the basics, they can navigate on their own, with little oversight. Cons Once you start getting into more details of the program, Bidsquare Cloud starts to be less intuitive and has certain quirks that are difficult to use, such as the go back button to a previous screen or lotting the auction, or the format of the catalog. The consignment area versus the user area is also time consuming to flip back and forth from. The upload of results from Live Auctioneers to Bidsquare has been tough and the clerking screen during live auctions can be confusing for our clerks. Everyone I have worked with for onboarding has been very helpful and knowledgeable with the system. They understand what they're doing and still coming up with ideas to improve. Pros They're very helpful and have better tools than their competitors. They listen to clients ideas to make things better as well Cons Nothing really. They are more expensive than their competitors, but make it up with modern technology and what they offer. Billing users is clear to understand. Creating and managing auctions are straight forward.If you want to Whitelabel for an auction this is a great and reasonably priced solution. Cons I wish there were more clear FAQ and guidebook. A video series would be nice to onboard staff. In the Auction tab. When viewing a specific auction it would be great to be able to add custom filters to the main display page.
