Pros

I love the ease of use of the product and the awesome friendly customer service when help is needed.

Cons

The admin menus are a bit cluttered when searching for a feature.

Pros

The feature that is most impactful is the feature that allows the new customers added to Sage to link with the profile they have in Commercebuild. This allows me as the user to process orders in a timely manner.

Cons

What I like least about the software is there is not a feature that gives you the option to

### "Generally a Great Product"

Great for our account customers to place orders. B2C has taken off slowly but that seems to be a cultural challenge with our market. We have increased visitors but not sales.

Pros

Ease of use and layout are great. We have taken our time getting used to it and are now ready (after pending upgrade) to make more use of features not implemented previously.

Cons

Pricing bugs when integrating from X3 cause endless headaches when running promotions (known to commercebuild) and discussed on multiple levels. Secondary source of information - only one description pulled from X3. Photos in X3, other information in X3 needs to be manually added to commercebuild. Very time consuming with a range as large as ours.

Experience is good overall. Our company still needs work to better utilize application.

Pros

Customer portal to check inventory. Ease to customize customer catalog.

Cons

Still working on setting up BOM components.
