Overall it's been a strong decision for our business. The platform has genuinely changed how we operate day-to-day, and there are fewer manual processes, better visibility across our departures, and a better user experience for our customers. The setup takes effort, but it's a worthwhile investment. Tour Amigo also assisted us with the set up which made the process easier too.

Pros

The biggest win for us has been having everything in one place. Before Tour Amigo, we were managing itineraries in spreadsheets, supplier contracts in PDFs, and bookings through a completely separate enquiry tool or over the phone. With Tour Amigo, all of these tasks and processes are now brought into one system, which is makes keeping track of everything much easier.

Cons

The initial setup requires a reasonable time investment to get your itineraries, supplier contracts, and pricing loaded correctly. It's not a tool you can be fully live in just one day, but once things are set up, the efficiency gains are worth it.

Tour Amigo appeared to be much newer and had more functionality for what we needed. We also heard some good feedback back from other operators that we spoke to at a travel conference in Europe, and they also recommended Tour Amigo to us.
