Lo vengo utilizando sin problemas hace año y cada tanto pone buenas promociones cuando se listan criptomonedas nuevas. Pros Es el Exchange de criptomonedas con mayor liquidez y lo vengo utilizando hace años para realizar depositos y retiros sin problemas. Cons Nos es muy conveniente para utilizar en el Mercado de Futuros porque tienden a liquidarte fácilmente tus posiciones durante los días de volatilidad. Um21.12h bekam ich plötzlich einen Margin call betreffend meinem ETH loan per e-mail. Ich hab auf Tradingview nachgeschaut, und gesehen das es crasht! Daher wollte ich wie immer (ich bin seit 4 Jahren auf Binance) ETH per Visa nachkaufen und die Marge erhöhen. Aber die Plattform war "eingefroren" und hat einfach nicht reagiert! Ich habe die Seite aktualisiert -> NICHTS! -> in einem neuen Tab geöffnet -> NICHTS! Dann habe ich es am Handy probiert -> KEINE REAKTION! Ich war eingeloggt, aber die Plattform war TOT! Um 21.29 habe ich dann eine e-mail erhalten das ich liquidiert wurde! Mein Rechner hat also funktioniert, mein ETH loan wurde auch noch angezeigt, also dachte ich es ist vielleicht ein Fehler! Aber leider nein! Als die Plattform dann ENDLICH WIEDER FUNKTIONIERT HAT, habe ich gesehen das ich tatsächlich liquidiert wurde! Ich habe den Support kontaktiert, die haben mir dann nach 4 Tagen mitgeteilt, leider Pech gehabt! Sie konnten keine Aktivität von mir finden......?!? Wie auch wenn die Plattform nicht reagiert hat! Ich bin total enttäuscht, weil bisher war ich sehr zufrieden! Aber das GEHT ECHT GAR NICHT! Ich habe gehört das Bitget als eine der wenigen Plattformen während dem Crash funktioniert hat. -> ich werde daher zu Bitget wechseln, in Binance habe ich absolut kein Vertrauen mehr! Pros Ich war 4 Jahre lang sehr zufrieden! Bis dahin hat die Plattform Problemlos funktioniert! Super schnelle Einzahlung. Aber was nützt das wenn die Plattform ausfällt wenn man dringend die Marge erhöhen muß! Cons Genau im Crash ist die Plattform ausgefallen, Geld weg! The customer support is practically non-existent. I’ve had to wait days to resolve issues, only to get vague responses that don’t solve anything. Cons The biggest issue I have with Binance is the lack of security and protection on their P2P platform. I’ve encountered fraud, where buyers or sellers have scammed me, and the platform offers little to no support in resolving these issues. Despite following all the correct procedures, I’ve lost funds due to fraudulent transactions, and Binance's customer service has been slow to respond or offer any meaningful help.
