In ogni momento è possibile visualizzare in diretta la posizione del rider (ammesso abbia aderito a rivelarla) così da sapere in tempo reale dove si trova il proprio ordine. Cons Non ho mai riscontrato problemi con Deliveroo, anzi mi sono ritrovata notevolmente sorpresa dalla serietà dell'assistenza clienti. Inoltre la preferisco ad altre app di food delivery perchè ha più scelta. Pros L'app è facile da usare, la geolocalizzazione funziona con grande dettaglio, si viene aggiornati su tutte le fasi dell'ordine e si può chattare col rider per qualsiasi imprevisto.
