Pros Deliveroo has a great range of restaurants and I find the customer support to be extremely responsive, especially when compared to their biggest competitor. In ogni momento è possibile visualizzare in diretta la posizione del rider (ammesso abbia aderito a rivelarla) così da sapere in tempo reale dove si trova il proprio ordine. Pros The interface is really intuitive, and you can decide to pay directly via paypal instead of paying during the delivery. Clear improvements could be made in terms of integration with other systems, and more autonomy for users on the backend without having to go through Deliveroo. Pros Being able to quickly change settings such as availability and expected wait time are very useful front end. Sales reporting is very easy to run on back end. Cons Updating prices and products is messy having to go through Deliveroo direct. Having to use Deliveroo's own tablet can be frustrating when all our other systems are integrated. This is especially annoying should a technical problem arise. Sales data capture is difficult to integrate with EPOS systems - so far we have had to manually enter sales. Pros I like the way you can easily search for vegan dishes and adding items to your order is so simple my child could do it. Cons The only thing I have found not to be great is when you select to tip your delivery driver/rider the funds go to the charity instead of the rider. I prezzi di consegna e di servizio specificati sono comunque non eccessivi ma bisogna però essere consapevoli che i prezzi di listino dell'app sono solitamente più elevati di quelli applicati normalmente dai ristoranti. In ogni caso, la qualità del servizio può ovviamente dipendere molto dal singolo rider o dal singolo ristorante. Pros Deliveroo offre un servizio di consegna a domicilio capillare e abbastanza diffuso sia in Italia che nel resto dell'Europa senza necessità di scaricare un'app differente o di dover creare un secondo account. L'interfaccia è molto intuitiva ed offre una elevata facilità di utilizzo.Questa applicazione permette di scegliere tra una vastissima varietà di ristoranti e take away della zona, indicando il tempo stimato della consegna ed un menù completo del locale con anche possibilità di modificare eventuali singoli piatti.Deliveroo offre anche la possibilità di monitorare in tempo reale la consegna, in modo da sapere quando essere pronti per recuperare l'ordinazione. Settimanalmente sono anche presenti sconti ed offerte su alcuni ristoranti.Il servizio clienti è efficiente, rapido e disponibile ad ascoltare eventuali problematiche riguardanti l'ordine. Cons Il maggiore inconveniente di quest'app è rappresentato dalle elevate commissioni applicate sia su chi ordina ma soprattutto su chi vende i prodotti. Infatti, mentre le commissioni di consegna e di servizio sono comunque accettabili e nell'ordine di un paio di euro, spesso i prezzi dei piatti offerti risultano un 20-30% più alti di quelli solitamente presenti sul listino per compensare la percentuale trattenuta da Deliveroo.Pur essendo disponibile a pagare il servizio, preferirei una maggiore trasparenza su questo aspetto.
