Pros Foodora has a wide variety of restaurants to choose from and it's interface is easy to understand. Support is helpful in case there is an order issue, I got 50% pizza refund, because of a missing ingredient (rucola).You will also get some extra money for recommending the app to a friend. Cons There are not many special offers, app occasionally provides "save some money" offers, which reduces the price (depending on the size of order), but these offers have very limited selection of restaurants and are usually not worth it unless you place a large order.Additionally extra charges for packaging, delivery etc. are usually slightly higher than the competition. However, delivery and customer service vary greatly. Pros Foodora offers several payment options, so there's something for everyone. Foodora is really convenient, and customers can choose between a variety of restaurants and grocery stores, delivered to their location. With a Foodora PRO membership, you get exclusive deals and other benefits, such as free delivery, discounts, and food coupons, so you can save some money. I really like the graphics and the app's overall look, and it's also easy to use. Cons A couple of times I have received cold or damaged food. The customer service can be a little difficult. You communicate with a bot. I have experienced drivers having trouble finding my address a few times. Instead of a refund for missing or incorrect food, you receive a discount coupon for your next order. After sending a photo of burned burger, support team send me a voucher in a cost of that burger. This voucher was automatically added to my account. Pros I use it It's a good app for ordering some food. There are a lot of restaurants regards on your location. It's a good choice to order some food when you have a party or you would cooking. Cons This app doesn't responsible for quality of food. There is no chance to view where the deliverman exactly is.The notification of delivery delay is absented. Pros The product is very easy to use, I like the pink colour of the app, you can choose from a variety of offers, and they deliver from my favourite restaurants. Cons I am not very happy when I see that food on Foodora is much more expensive, than in restaurant where the food is from. I think this could change. Review Source Paulína S. I need quick and tasty food that doesn't necessarily have to be fast food. It also helps me when I'm sick and unable to cook, or when I meet up with friends and we want to enjoy our time together instead of cooking or going to a restaurant. Pros Foodora is an intuitive application that provides a good overview of the order. The food always arrives warm and within a reasonable time. If there was any mistake in the order, they always provided a reasonable compensation and communicated pleasantly. Cons Discounts on delivery or food itself are not provided as frequently on Foodora as they are on competing apps. Cons Usually it is hard to get in touch with real operator and delivery times are not in constant interval - they can move during the preparations period - which is misleading. When I ordered the pizza which missed arugula on it, they sent me half of the price back in a few days. The delivery time is often even shorter than they declare - but maybe I was lucky. Cons I would love to see more of the ecological approach regarding food box waste. In the Czech Republic, we have Rekrabičky - the boxes, which you pay a deposit for and they can be used many times. I do not have time to cook every day, but I do not want to feel bad about producing so much waste.
