We have 3language courses at one of our locations for English. There is a specific time and for the courses and we need more than one because of different levels. Everyone has to be there on site. But we have over 10 different locations so would have to organize so many teachers and courses and still there would be people that can not be a part of that because of other meetings, home office and so on. So picking their favourite time and having a teacher for their own in an online setting is just flexible and also more effective. We are very happy Pros Preply is easy to use - both for me in the back end and for our employees in the front end. They can use preply independently, which is easy for us to let them choose their preferred time and teacher. We neither have to worry about having to offer different courses at all our company's locations. Cons There is nothing I can say about not liking any aspects of Preply. The system is flexible and easy to understand. The online thing to wish for is a dashboard that is just in time beacuse sometimes it does not show current changes but just after an hour. I like how the dashboard is empowering to be self-service in most areas so you don't have to wait for a student to be added or removed. It has been an effective tool for us over the last 4 years and I highly recommend Preply business. Pros Preply business has been a great tool for us to support customers with upskilling their oral and written English skills to access the employment market. The dashboard equips you with the tools to easily add, remove or transfer lessons for individual students, to see which level they are at and map their progression and identify where customers need further support. Cons The only aspect would be the structure change where they only have 4 lessons allocated per month with our budget but if a student does not use all their lessons then you can transfer them to a student before the month end for a student who is engaging well and would like more lessons. Cons The onboarding was rough as the users we were signing up spoke little English. There were also some issues with tutors cancelling class sign-ups with no warning. I think it could be a top-tier! Pros the variety of tutors with different backgrounds and languages, the dashboard with lots of valuable information for the person in charge of the management and easy to use, the possibility to schedule directly in the google calendar and automatically add lessons in case you have preferred time slot, the ability to transfer credits between people easily, the option to send reminders easily and the customer support is amazing also Cons the lack of possibility to have a framework agreement with a variable number of licenses, where we are only charged for the people who actually use it, or the need to sign a new agreement every time new people are added (in our company, there are changes in priorities, headcount, and responsibilities almost every month, which makes management difficult). This also affects billing, as we receive many different invoices, which don’t work well for the procurement team. At the end, we decided to continue this experience for another year. I highly recommend it to companies. Pros The dashboard is very usefull. All activities remain under the complete control of the Administrator and it is possible to introduce changes and evaluate the Team's progress. Cons nothing in particular. I have not encountered any malfunctions and the direct assistance from Preply is constant and effective. Pros Ich habe sehr gute Erfahrungen mit den Lehrerinnen gemacht - Sie haben mir viel beigebracht und sie sind sehr zu empfehlen. Cons Leider ist das automatische Buchungssystem eine totale Katastrophe und ich rate daher, trotz der ausgezeichneten Lehrer, von preply ab! Es entspricht für mich den Kriterien einer Abofalle, leider.Ich wollte aus familiären Gründen pausieren und danach musste ich mich einer Hüft OP unterziehen. Das System hat ab er weiter Stunden automatisch gebucht und meinem Konto belastet. Auf Mails haben die Herrschaften nicht reagiert - als Ultimo Ratio blieb mir lediglich Preply von meinem Bankkonto zu entfernen. Danach wurde mein Account gelöscht, ohne Kommentar, obwohl noch immer 8 Stunden Guthaben drauf waren. Soe geht das wirklich nicht. Natürlich reagiert auch hier wieder niemand.
