"a tool with various possibilities"
Overall: For some time now we started with this wonderful tool, the 2d or 3d modeling necessary to give a broad vision to our designs facilitates the understanding of changes and errors that has been possible with the aforementioned tool, despite the short work time. we have been able to give it a usability that has sustained our expectations and objectives
Pros: There's no other provider of software capable of giving this combination of CFD accuracy with the speed of a 1D model, so I can contribute my understanding of LTI ROM, which I believe is the key to making everything possible. My marketing team allows us to examine community data on what people enjoy, so that our game engineers may acquire data and approve it along with the LTI ROM together.
Cons: The model export is difficult to generate for other software than Ansys. I believe this point is a huge waste of time because it is not even available to the developers on the team. The business could do better in this area.
"validated simulation and perfect modeling"
Overall: This type of simulation software is something we've used a lot, but for those just getting started, we think it's a great tool. However, despite the fact that our employer is a major corporation, we believe that it is capable of supporting a smaller company as well.
Pros: For designing, testing, and implementing simulation-based digital twins, it is an excellent option. Nevertheless, our IT and security team says that while learning the software takes time and is difficult for newcomers to grasp, our experience with it has allowed us to make prototypes and test theories that we can then apply to the financial market and networks where we work. Especially during testing to ensure the safety of consumer accounts.
Cons: There were programmatic expectations that we would be able to pull simulation data from one financial program and apply it in another program, but this was not the case. Right now, I believe it is critical to address this matter immediately.
"Real-time prediction of component behavior using a simulation tool"
Overall: Because I work in the home appliances industry, the majority of my problems are with refrigerator components (Drawer body, bins, Glass shelves, Freezer door compartment, etc)
Pros: One of ANSYS's strongest points is its user interface. When the proper inputs and boundary conditions are applied, products behave in a manner that is close to reality. ANSYS enables the execution of a wide range of simulations (Structural, thermal, fluid flow, etc)
Cons: There is nothing I dislike about ANSYS its a simple tool.
"simulators that help you design and test internal human resources policies"
Overall: I believe that it is the pertinent advantage to build, validate and implement simulation-based digital twins to obtain a final product that satisfies our decisions, despite that the coordination of both IT and HR areas is far from simple, at working in a crossroads of departments there is no guide capable of determining an adequate workflow.
Pros: Ansys Twin Builder, in my opinion, is a great tool for IT colleagues and HR departments alike. Cufflink models may be created in a matter of minutes because to its simple interface. Because of the app, the hospital's internal applications are progressing steadily forward.
Cons: The models have a favorable consistency for the internal development ideas that HR provide in the hospital, be it simple solutions to counting budgets, hiring new personnel and allowing advantages to be generated on time. It has a fairly wide compatibility with libraries but these lately give errors.
"For finite element method simulations."
Overall: I work as a Human Resource Generalist in a human resources company, what has been happening for years is that working within it together with the IT team we have realized that we needed our own software to protect specific tasks such as the search for personnel, sensitive data of our clients and for this purpose we create our own software and computer tools, to keep a good record. In this sense, ansys has helped us a lot with the AI it brings and the 3D modeling so that what we want to do is successful.
Pros: the option of building and modeling digital twins has been extremely useful for our company, in the area of human resources we must always be at the forefront with programs that help us create better software. The simulation of our projects also runs very well in both windows and other operating systems or clouds.
Cons: If the mesh is assigned wrongly, the simulation duration can be significantly increased.
"Daily User Experience"
Overall: It is a very efficient software for 1D system modeling, it is solving my what if question day to day
Pros: One thing I want to point out is that the LTI ROM is really the key here that make everything possible, it is a unique technology that able to combine the accuracy of CFD model and the simulation speed of a 1D model which I don’t think there are any other software suppler in the market able to provide.
Cons: It is hard to export model for another software that outside of Ansys to use
" Robust solution for creating digital twins "
Overall: Ansys Twin Builder has valuable capabilities that save time and minimize costs. It makes it possible to quickly create a digital twin, which helps system optimization.
Pros: It makes it easy to develop web applications that interface seamlessly with a twin. It offers a good level of customization with the help of conditional parameters. Provides a rich library of 0D applications. It allows a smooth integration with third parties due to its ease of combining models.
Cons: This is a very complete solution for creating digital twins based on simulation, for inexperienced users it can be a challenge to use.
"Two-Phase Flow Simulator is a fantastic tool for simulating two-phase flow."
Overall: Ansys Twin Builder proved to be an extremely beneficial tool in the end. Using it was a breeze, and I was able to swiftly model twins.
Pros: Ansys Twin Builder is an excellent application for constructing fluid flow simulations. It is quite simple to use and the findings are accurate. I enjoyed the ability to make simulations of two fluids interacting.
Cons: I disliked the fact that the simulation results could not be exported in a manner suitable for use in a report or presentation.
"Robust and versatile virtual designs"
Overall: It is without a doubt a tool with unique capabilities that combines the power of a multi-domain system modeler with extensive 0D libraries. It facilitates rapid creation of system models of a product, reusing existing components. Real-time simulation is excellent.
Pros: It has the particularity that 3D ROMs can be created in Workbench, which has been very useful for us. It offers highly interactive panels that exponentially improve the simulation experience. Another positive aspect is that the built-in APIs provide a seamless connection to GE Predix.
Cons: The only thing I think they can improve is their user interface that can be a bit more intuitive.
"Overall Good Option"
Overall: It is a good option to Build, Validate and Deploy Simulation-Based Digital Twins. But it takes time to learn and not easy for beginners to understand its functionality
Pros: The software offers the option of building your models and then the option to simulate these models to perform analysis
Cons: The issue is it requires an amount of time to learn how to integrate your tasks. It is hard to convince to use this software for the tasks due to it's difficulty for beginners
"Review of Ansys twin builder "
Overall: Twin builder is used for DC DC converter simulation for both conducted and radiated emissions with dynamic link with Ansys HFSS. I have used it for powertrain motor and control design and simulation. The utility of the tool is versatile and return on tool cost is good for systems level corporation
Pros: Twin builder is a system level modelling tool for performance evaluation of large systems with multi-physics modelling capability. Twin builder is well integrated with other Ansys tools like Ansys Mechanical and Ansys Electromagnetic. The support for ROM models are available. The support for spice models, VHDL AMS, pspice, modellica etc.
Cons: The model parameters in library is vertical complex. If this features could be simplified for user it would be more user friendly.
"It is innovative and sophisticated, yet it precisely fulfills the requirement"
Overall: very efficient software for modeling 1D systems, is solving our doubts daily with the team of engineers. Not long ago we were trying our luck with this program that hasn't given us serious problems so far. we believe that for the requirements of the organization it will be able to meet in the coming months.
Pros: The LTI ROM, which is a one-of-a-kind technology that combines the precision of a CFD model with the simulation speed of a 1D model, is something I want to emphasize because I feel no other software provider on the market is able to do so successfully.
Cons: it takes up a lot of space, and the gadget might become sluggish and hot at times.
"Really helps in creating simulation and designs virtually"
