Je n'ai pas encore exploré toutes les fonctionnalités du logiciel mais l'onboarding avec un mac neuf a été plutot séduisant, le fait d'avoir l'impression d'être le premier à déballer son mac et de voir la session utilisateur déjà présente ca donne un petit coté waouh.

Cons

La session utilisateur sans les logiciels embarqués ou de policy d'auto install. Ca pourrait être un vrai plus d'avoir directement les logiciels installés au premier boot ( ou alors une policy d'auto install une fois que le mac est connecté à internet )

Etant à 100% en télétravail, nous avions besoin d'un gestionnaire qui prend en charge l'intégralité de notre gestion quotidienne (achat/leasing du matériel, onboarding, offboarding etc). Nous avons apprécié la rapidité dans la mise en place, et le professionnalisme de tous nos interlocuteurs. La plateforme est simple a utiliser, pas de formation nécessaire ou de connaissance particulière. Une équipe réactive et disponible.

Cons

Même si le tarif est intéressant, il peut sembler élevé quand on met toutes les options bout à bout.
