Bonne utilisation puisque le logiciel est ludique et simple d'utilisation mais justement cela peut-être limitant à long terme.

Pros

La simplicité d'utilisation au quotidien et la facilité de compréhension

Cons

Les modules sont limités et souvent identiques. Peu de fonctionnalités dans le backoffice Peu de possibilité de retour dans le backoffice concernant les modules "jeu" : exemple coupe du monde de rugby, pas de possibilité de voir le classement en temps réel ou encore le nombre de participants Peu d'opportunité pour laisser place à la créativité

Un outil très vite intégré dans la vie des équipes de la collectivité, facteur de lien entre collègues qui travaillent sur des sites distants. Un outil de communication interne descendante mais aussi de valorisation des projets des équipes.

Pros

un outil facile à prendre en main, attractif et ludique un outil qui facilite la communication avec des collègues quel que soit leur lieu de travail et leur équipement informatique

Cons

une adresse mail indispensable, personnelle pour les collègues qui n'ont pas d'adresse pro, qui peut générer de la méfiance et un refus de la part de certains.

Une première mauvaise expérience avec un produit concurrent fait que le produit steeple prend avec un peu d'appréhension. Toutefois, il nous permet de répondre au besoin de communication interne global dans notre entreprise et notamment avec notre personnel hors siège social. La prochaine étape serait de mettre en place la partie écran physique en salle de pause.... mais c'est une autre histoire... ^^

Pros

L'intégration de module et l'évolution du produit. La mise à disposition d'éléments pour communiquer en amont du déploiement et tout au long de la mise en place du produit.

Cons

un rôle parfois limité de la partie Admin
