Pros

Excellent support, engaging and well-presented material, and a consistently skilled manner are the software's first feelings. We have no intention of switching providers due to how pleasant it is to our sales associates and customers and its shown by the surveys that we distribute to our customer.

Cons

The design of get.chat needs improvement, as it is challenging to use for the average user who is not a specialist. It is confusing to navigate thru all the feature and i have seen other software that are better in this element.

The get.chat feature's Document Storage was my favorite since it is simple to use, safe, scalable, and reasonably priced. I really appreciated the breadth of integrations it provides with other well-known programs. For enterprises who need to save and distribute documents easily and securely, I believe get.chat is a fantastic alternative.

Cons

I really like get.chat overall, but the fact that documents can only be 100 MB in size when uploaded has to be changed. Some firms that need to keep substantial documents, including product manuals or marketing materials, may find this to be too small.

my get.chat experience has been by far been wonderful. The product has given me a flawless experience by allowing me to seamlessly integrate WhatsApp Business account with other products and also allows me to use the same WhatsApp Business account with my colleagues simultaneously across multiple devices to ensure faster delivery of customer care services to our customers.

Pros

It allows me to send bulk WhatsApp messages which is very useful especially when sending messages to leads and customers. The system interface is intuitive and user-friendly and the dashboard is well organized making it an easy to use product for anyone without necessarily having any technical skills. With get.chat, me and my colleagues can access the same WhatsApp Business account from multiple devices simultaneously. It has an open API and plugins that allows integration of Whatsapp Business account with other products like Google Sheets. This is useful since it makes it easy to share files created in the Google Sheets directly to involved parties through WhatsApp Business. It also allow integration of Whatsapp Business account with Google Drive and thus it is easy to share files stored in the Drive directly through WhatsApp Business.

Cons

I dislike nothing about this product. The entire system of get.cht is simple to understand and the interface is very user-friendly.

It allows one to integrate the WhatsApp Business account with a variety of third party products like CRM like Hubspot and customer support system like Gmail for efficient and fast customers services delivery. It has pre-built integrations to choose from or you can opt to add your own integration based on your organization needs. It allows the support team to access the same WhatsApp Business account from multiple devices for fast delivery of customer support services. It makes it easy for the customers and clients to reach out easily whenever they have any questions. It is flexible and easily adapts to your working environment through customization. It support bulk messaging at the same time to save time.

Cons

It only has a monthly purchase package plan. The plan is quite expensive especially to the low level businesses and the upcoming organizations.

The first impressions of the software are of excellent support, interesting and well-presented content, and a consistently professional manner. With the software, teamwork, consultation, and collaboration are much simpler, less expensive, and more productive.

Pros

In order to provide customer support services quickly, the support team can use numerous devices to access the same WhatsApp Business account. The user interface of get.chat is the easiest, friendliest, and fastest I have ever used. It is the best chat platform I have ever used. Access is simple via a Gmail account or by downloading from the web, and the mobile application also runs without a hitch.

Cons

We really like it, but the monthly plan needs more user seats. I no longer experience something that used to bother me.

Cons

getchat comes with a lot of great features although some hitches on the free plan, the plan only got the basic features which do not give enough insights of the tool before actual purchase of the tool.
