Dopo un discreto periodo di prova gratuita che ha consentito di adeguare procedure, archivi, ecc. si è passati alla gestione effettiva senza eccessivi problemi anche grazie ad un efficiente ed efficace servizio di assistenza quasi personalizzato. Pros Sono positivamente sorpreso dalla completezza del software che copre praticamente tutte le problematiche di una entità come la nostra. Peccato che questa completezza non sia sempre facilmente individuabile. E' capitato, almeno in un paio di occasione, di "scoprire" l'esistenza di una funzione (peraltro utile e funzionante) solo dopo aver contattato l'assistenza per chiedere chierimenti in merito. Cons Il rilievo più importante che mi sento di fare è quello sul manuale di istruzioni! E' completo e articolato ma è solo il mero elenco di tutte le funzioni del programma senza (o pochi) riferimenti alla sequenzialità e concatenamento logico tra le stesse. Per apprendere l'uso del programma è stato infatti necessario il supporto (a pagamento) del servizio di assistenza che però, anche se molto disponibile, ha illustrato solo le caratteristiche dei vari programmi, le principali operazioni e le relative concatenazioni sequenziali. Dato che il Manuale Generale conta oltre 1000 pagine, un manualetto integrativo sulle modalità effettive di registrazione e dei vari relativi flussi di lavoro sarebbe molto utile e non occuperebbe più di una cinquantina di pagine e faciliterebbe molto la preparazione e l'addestramento di nuovi operatori, Altro aspetto critico della normativa è la mancanza di stretta progressione numerica negli aggiornamenti periodici la cui numerazione presenta a volte "buchi" che non si sa se dipendono da mail non pervenute o da aggiornamenti relartivi ad altre categorie di utenti. Reasons for choosing NextWare Pro Avevo prioritariamente provato l'altro prodotto che, anch'esso sviluppato in Access, sembrava più simile al nostro ma proprio la versione di Access con cui era stato sviluppato andava in conflitto con la versione Access più aggiornata presente sul nostro PC. Non avendo competenze per superare il problema in modo certo e sicuro, abbiamo deciso di provare anche Nextwear Pro e, verificatone la completezza e facilità d'uso, lo abbiamo preferito scegliendone la modalità in cloud. Pros E' un programma che appare molto complesso, in verità con l'uso si capisce quanto invece sia intuitivo. L'assistenza fa davvero la differenza nel senso che è davvero funzionale e competente oltre ad essere estremamente gentile. Cons Al momento non so dire se qualcosa sia mancante, magari con un uso più intensivo mi renderò conto di eventuali lacune che al momento non rilevo. L'unico appunto che posso fare è che la guida a volte è poco chiara, non tanto nelle spiegazioni ma sulla sua consultazione...non ho trovato infatti semplice ritrovare nella guida le varie funzioni nè ricercare nel programma una funzione trovata nella guida...servirebbe secondo me una sorta di mappa. Nestware era già utilizzato da alcune associazioni con cui siamo in relazione e abbiamo quindi preso contatti con Nextbit. Prospettate le nostre necessità siamo stati accompagnati nella scelta e nell'implementazione del prodotto. Abbiamo chiesto alcune personalizzazioni (modulo appuntamenti) e abbiamo potuto contare su un supporto da parte dello staff sempre pronto a recepire le nostre necessità e disponibile a fornirci tutte le informazioni necessarie anche attraverso call per verificare le funzionalità del programma. Pros Il prodotto ci consente di poter gestire tutti gli aspetti riguardanti l'associazione integrando con la contabilità economico patrimoniale tutti gli aspetti gestionali (quote associative, donazioni, contributi per attività, gestione appuntamenti specialisti, emissione note) evitando frammentazione delle informazioni residenti in programmi differenti e consentendo così una visione puntuale e globale circa l'andamento dei conti. Con l'entrata in vigore del Codice del Terzo Settore che impone un'attenta analisi delle voci che compongono il nostro bilancio è divenuto uno strumento fondamentale anche grazie al modulo "analitica" che consente la corretta attribuzione a centri di costo/ricavi. La personalizzazione del prodotto con l'aggiunta del modulo "appuntamenti" con cui gestiamo l'attività di un'équipe composta da più di 10 professionisti ha reso completo il prodotto che si adatta alle nostre necessità.
