Pros

SerpAPI is quite comprehensive and saves us a LOT of effort. We can access a range of data sources for our app. Lessens our technical debt and keeps on top of any changes from the source.

Cons

Nothing so far. we've been using it for six months during QA/beta and have yet to find any issues. The only thing is the tokens get used up pretty quick (which I guess is good)

My experience with SerpApi has been extremely positive. The product works well, is easy to use, and provides real value for money. It is especially useful for data extraction and web scraping tasks, and it saves a lot of time compared to building everything from scratch. More importantly, their support team made a big impression on me. They treated me in a way that made it clear that quality and customer satisfaction are their top priorities. I highly recommend it.

Pros

The best part of SerpApi for me has been their support. They really showed me that customer satisfaction and quality matter more to them than just making money. Their team was helpful, responsive, and professional. I also really like their system because it is clean, reliable, and makes data extraction much easier.

Cons

I honestly do not have any major complaints. The platform has many capabilities, so it can take a little time at first to explore everything, but overall the experience has been very good.

I use SerpApi to power a custom viability calculator. From the technical implementation via Firebase to the billing support, the experience has been seamless. \[sensitive content hidden\] from the support team was a lifesaver and helped me transition to a setup that fits my current needs. I highly recommend them!

Pros

The customer support is phenomenal. They were very understanding of my business situation in Brazil and the high USD exchange rate. The API is very stable and integrated perfectly with my Firebase setup to power my viability calculator on WordPress.

Cons

I have no negative points about the service itself. The pricing in USD can be a challenge for small international businesses, but the support team makes up for it by being flexible and truly helping their customers grow.

The customer service is also really great. Super helpful. I had a quick issue and they resolved it immediately. Super nice too.

Pros

I was able to generate hundreds of listings very quickly. this is a great tool!! I synced it up to N8N and it flows perfectly.

Cons

I didn't have any issues. I have nothing to compare it to so I don't know how other services perform.

Me ha sido muy intuitivo su uso, y cuando necesité ayuda, fue muy fácil acceder al soporte. Todas las automatizaciones que he creado, me ha permitido mucha libertad en su versión gratuita, y en la paga ha sido mucho mejor.

Simplicidad de uso y muy buen soporte de ayuda. Lo he usado para automatizaciones y realmente me ha ayudado mucho para las búsquedas que requeria. Excelente herramienta.

Overall, it is very good. The customer support team works in shifts, so tickets are never left unattended. Everyone shares a customer-focused company culture and is very professional.

Pros

What I like most about them is how quickly they respond to customers and the support they provide in exchange for a very reasonable fee. The data and its quality are very good.

Cons

In general, I have no negative criticism to make. When the system changes for any reason unrelated to their system, they repair it within a very reasonable time frame.

As said in pros, coming from Google's documentation, SerpAPI offers a relaxing experience. I use it on one website to retrieve reviews. The free plan is does a lot for small project. The JSON file it provides is rich with datas. I recommend. In addition, the team responds quickly.

Pros

\- Ease of Use & Learning Curve : The document would help a lot any beginner, but if you at least working on creating a website, it is so easy to use that we not not really have to talk about "learning curve". As a PHP web developer, I set it up in one hour or less, taking my time to see what I could do. A beginner have take 2 hours maybe (most likely, for most of the time, looking for Google's ids and stuff). Coming from Google's documentation, SerpAPI offers a relaxing experience. - Web Scraping & Data Extraction : SerpAPI does what it says and it does it very well by providing a well sourced and structured JSON file. - Value for Money : I am doing fine with free plan. It gives you 8 reviews (your sort it by date or score, as you wish), width a decent amount of calls/month. The paid plan are not that expensive either, but i do not have the need yet.

Cons

Nothing to say. Only using one offer I did not encounter something that would make me say "that's bad"

Great product, easy to connect to, and amazing customer service. I'll be using SerpAPI for future products!

Pros

SerpAPI is super easy to connect with Lovable to pilot projects quickly. I used SerpAPI to connect to retailer for my AI shopping site. It was able to retrieve real time product data easily. Customer service team is also super amazing and responsive.

Cons

I don't have any issues with SerpAPI yet. Overall easy to integrate and great customer support when I needed it.
