Pros We use it to keep track of temporary associate's time. It allowed the Staffing agency to pulled approved attendance and hours/time for each associate directly from the website/software. They are many different standard reports or other configurations that can be ran and utilized for labor statistics and other critical information. Cons just the timing of upgrades, sometimes I would have to toggle between different versions to get accurate information or personnel. It has an organized and simple to use user-friendly interface. This software helps save time and cost that is required for labour processes within the organization. It has great features that helps us manage our vendors as well as to manage our workforce. Using this software is great because it is useful for making reports on vendor data.
