Pros We use it to keep track of temporary associate's time. It allowed the Staffing agency to pulled approved attendance and hours/time for each associate directly from the website/software. They are many different standard reports or other configurations that can be ran and utilized for labor statistics and other critical information. He explained the product, helped set up the implementation team, and stayed involved throughout the entire process. Their corporate team is always available for questions and has been a great support. I really like that they provide timeclocks free of additional charges. Pros The system really is Simple so the name is very fitting. I like the ease and accuracy of the reports that I need to pull from the system. They allow me to provide information quickly for Corp. meetings. My clients like having the information at their fingertips. I'm always educating my clients about this product and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] have done several virtual demos for my prospects, clients, and Mngmt/Sales, teams. They are great at presenting the product and customizing it in order to benefit your organization. I like getting emails when requests are put in the system from our clients. Cons This may be available and I just don't know but it would make it easier for my staff if they could just make one upload into the system for the compliance paperwork instead of having to do one at a time. Would like it if the system could be integrated with Avionte Bold. This would keep my staff from having to enter data into SVMS. We can import payroll so that is a nice feature. Pros The reporting capabilities are essentially unlimited! Whatever you need, I am sure there is a report for it. If not, SimpleVMS will make it happen! What I love most about the reports are being able to extract them in different formats. The CSV format allows me to create pivot tables and easily analyze the date! Cons I have been using this software for the past 2 years and I am very satisfied with everything about it! I have used other tools such as ELEVATE, Field Glass, and ACRO, to name a few , and none of them are as user-friendly, simple, and efficient as SimpleVMS. The field team has mentioned how easy it is to navigate within the tool and stated that there is so much information they can blast out to their teams if needed. Pros This software program has been extremely easy to navigate and mesh with our current software programs we run within our company. The flexibility to change something quickly is great as well as the team behind the curtain making those adjustments/changes. Cons I would like the batch/edit workers to be functionable once again. The option for the back arrow to work as well would save some time doing daily tasks. For example: looking at invoice details if you have multiple to review you can not hit back to return to all invoices so you have to go to the invoice tab multiple times.
