THE DOCUMENTS NEEDED ARE ALWAYS SENT A DAY AHEAD OF TIME. IT IS CLOCK WORK. CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS NOT SLIPPED. THEY KNOW THEIR STUFF WHICH MEANS THEY KNOW ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS AND PAYMENT RECIPIENTS.

Pros

IF I NEED CUSTOMER SUPPORT, THEY ARE QUICK TO GET BACK. THE NEWER SITE TOOK A COUPLE TIMES OF NAVIGATING THROUGH IT, BUT IT IS JUST AS EASY AS BEFORE.

Cons

I DO NOT NEED TO REACH OUT TO THEM AS MUCH AS I WOULD LIKE, BECAUSE THEY ARE AMAZING PEOPLE. IT IS GREAT WORKING WITH THEM.

Streamline vendor management and save time and cost with contingent workforce.

Pros

Easy to use with a clean interface as it says, and provides full-service integration with no implementation cost associated. It is very easy to customize and automate workflow, and the support team is amazing with immediate response.

Cons

Nothing at all. It saves the hassle of managing vendor and workforce related issues and lets us focus more on other important company's developments.

Pros

Able to easily check employees times in & out, along with end of week paycheck, making sure hours are correct. Also, the customer service chat online and over the phone are both very quick with responding to questions I may have

Cons

Personally, would like to have pay rate added into vacation time approval, instead of needing to write it in.

Pros

Easy to use with a clean interface and quick on navigation, and it allows simple workflow automation.

Cons

I really got nothing to like least about SimpleVMS, It well suits our needs.
