I have had a wonderful experience with ListedKit from day 1. The team came to me and did a lot of the initial setup work for me, which was my main hesitation to get started. \[sensitive content hidden\] has spent countless hours helping me to understand how to use ListedKit to its highest potential and is always available to answer any questions. The whole team is great!

Pros

I love the customer service that ListedKit provides. Because of this they ensure that the service they provide meets all of real estate transaction management needs. They are always eager to develop new feature and make it better.

Cons

I did not like that I could not use my Google email to send email templates--but now I can--wahoo!

Our team is able to better manage and scale our transactions and processes. I love that our documents, task management, and email automation is all under one system - the transparency ListedKit enables our team makes it so much easier to know where things stand.

Pros

My favorite features are the "ListedKits" and the Client Portal. The "ListedKits" are workflow templates you can create for transactions. You can customize the milestones, tasks, and emails each transaction should have. Now our team members, even new agents, have no question as to what needs to be done and when. The customizable Client Portal was a feature we weren't originally searching for, but now can't live without! It has been a huge differentiator from our competition. Clients can view progress and how many tasks their agent has completed- so they always know where things stand. Sharing documents through the client portal is so easy- especially once they add e-signature. But my FAVORITE feature is the Referral prompt- clients are automatically asked to refer our agents after closing.

Cons

I wish it would integrate with our CRM- but the team has been attentive and is working on the integration as we speak!

Pros

ListedKit makes it incredibly easy to manage clients and their real estate transactions. I like how easy it is to track progress on the deal, easily send documents, and customize the interface to match my branding.

Cons

It's relatively new, so there are a few features that can be added to improve the experience.
