Like everyone we were taken short by the brutal home office period due to the pandemic, and it was a relief to find a tool allowing us to manage our fleet of employees. It gave us the serenity to remotely manage our staff and to embrace a sophisticated flexible work policy. Obviously, it also helped us to ultimately reduce drastically our office renting costs.

Pros

The remote management of flexworkers activity is unique, and the possibility for them to book a hotdesk in-house or externally among a wide range of coworking spaces makes it very convenient.

Cons

Down the road if the tool could also be a communication tool with our flexworkers it would be great.

Reasons for choosing FLYDESK

No other tool offered the staff management features and the hotdesk booking facility (in-house or externally) at the time we chose Flydesk.

The support team is very responsive and helpful.

Pros

FLYDESK helps our team members to plan their schedule ahead of time and is the key ally to our flexible working arrangement (office work with hot desks + work from home). The app itself is very easy to use for our employees and does not require any training.

Cons

Nothing much to report, we are happily using all features!

Flydesk has helped us transition from a traditional working culture to an employee-centric culture, this reflects on our team's satisfaction and overall well-being at work.

Pros

We wanted to give our team the flexibility to work from the office, their home, or from a coworking space nearby them. Flydesk has helped us implement this strategy. Besides, the app gives management transparency as to where they plan to work from.

Cons

Integrations have been a pain point, especially Google Calendar and messaging apps. The team has been very reactive and took our feedback into account for their upcoming feature releases.

\- having the big picture of where my team is working and when was a game changer - hours monitoring and therefore readjustment of tasks and priorities - Direct connexion with my office (room booking) and Co working spaces - link to slack and MS outlook office

Pros

With the pandemic situation our working habits have been totally shaked, working sometimes in the office, sometimes at home or in co-working spaces! I did not find any solution that could help me but FLYDESK did! The software enables me to have a clear picture of my schedule and my team. I know where the team is working from and when they are connected and we are able to talk! It also enables me to monitor my working hours and my team working hours which can give me a clear picture of the overload and readjust the priorities of each other! The connexion with the coworking spaces is also a game changer as sometimes it is more convenient for me to work from a coworking space than the office closer to my home! It also gives me much more flexibility and creates some excitement and more engagement for the team to be able to have this flexibility! The software is user friendly, and I will definitely recommend to any company and friends who are looking for this kind of support

Cons

The thing that I probably like the least is that it tooks me a while to have the check in my daily routine. But now I have it and my team too, but probably a reminder done by FLYDESK in the morning will be helping a lot especially on the first days of usage.
