Highly recommend this provider. I've used CookieYes (which is ok), OneTrust (expensive) before. But Pandectes has been absolutely fantastic for our Shopify site and I would definitely use this provider again.

Pros

The support staff, namely Natalie and Constantinos, were very helpful and receptive when implementing the consent banner for our ecommerce store. They actively helped us deploy updates and tested each iteration. Highly recommend.

Cons

Nothing genuinely, great service. Maybe the only thing was that customising the banner didn't have a million options out of the box, we did it all custom with JS in the app - but that's fine and expected.

I work with clients who has Pandectes GDPR Compliance implemented or I recommend it if they don't have it.

Pros

It is very good application for consent mode and cookie banner. I usually reccomend it to the clients on Shopify as it looks to be one of the most valuable ones in the market. Also - the support is very fast and helps with implementation. Escpacially \[sensitive content hidden\] who helped me few times with several of my clients as Shopify can be a bit chellanging.

Cons

None. I might say it is sometimes a bit chellenging to set everything right in the first place but the support is so good, that it is not big of a deal.

Pros

Look and feel, customization of app and cookie banner. The customer support is super quick and always very helpful.

Cons

I can't really find anything that I don't like. In case I don't find anything immediately within the app, the customer support is there for me. Has never disappointed. App worth its money!

This tool has a lot of features and works seamlessly even with the custom storefronts, it does a lot of heavy lifting by scanning and categorizing cookies automatically and also offers the ability to customize the scan and the results. JS API is the best if you want to do custom rules and custom integrations within the site. We got full GDPR + CCPA compliant within days.

Pros

Easy to setup, Lots of options to customize the tool, lots of integrations including Google, Microsoft, facebook, rakuten etc., Autoblocker is a blessing and Great support is just a cherry on top.

Cons

We have been following their guides and there is nothing that I do not like about this app, it is performing great so far.

Onetrust is also very good tool and offers lots of features but its like a whole new platform and you will have to learn the new platform to do things and i find it hard going through all the documentation rather than a simple step by step workflow within the app would have made it more nicer and also we are using shopify and having an app within shopify that we can login and view data all in one place would be excellent rather than logging into an external app.

The app is easy to integrate with Shopify and Pandectes support are always on hand to help out. I also love that they will scan your site for issues in real time.

The app is easy to integrate with Shopify and doesn't require dev support. It's relatively simple to set upset up and if you have any issues, Pandectes support are always on hand to help out. I also love that they will scan your site in real time and let you know immediately if something is compliant and what to do to resolve it.

Cons

Reading through all the sections in settings and identifying whats essential can be time-consuming. But the support team are very responsive and always happy to help.
