Plus the account management support is helpful in many ways to increase the efficiency and productivity of our team. Pros Mindsite helped us to grow our e-commerce sales with its great feature set. We could customize the dashboard according to our most tracked metrics, and gave different authorizations based on the level in the organisation. They also have multilocation feature where you can keep track instant grocery prices in different locations and dark stores. Our dedicated account manager put great effort to have a smooth onboarding process and after to create insights. Cons Multilocation feature is limited on dashboard, even though it's been very helpful as excel reports.
