So far it's been good. As a Marketing Manager my usage of it is minimal and mostly for staying organized and keeping track of leads coming from various channels. It is a simple (not very sophisticated tool) but this gets the daily job done for me without over complicating things. Overall I feel it's good for a small team or for individuals who don't need a complex tool.

Pros

My favorite thing about CustomerBase is the simplicity. I didn't need to learn anything new; I could get up and started instantly. It has allowed me to store and track all of my leads and customer information in one place; so I am much more organized when managing multiple campaigns and tracking my follow-ups.

Cons

What I think is missing is higher level functionality. It does the basic job really well, however if you're after automation and high level insights then this probably won't be enough.

My overall experience with customer base from start to finish has been very friendly , organized, and knowledgeable.

Pros

Customer base is a very friendly System to use. I Love most of all, the booking, and invoice, and it's so easy for my customer to pay with this system.

Cons

I know this may sound cheesy, but there's nothing that I dislike about customer base. Every employees I spoke to has been nothing but very helpful and a system also is very user-friendly, again.

What I like most about our customer base is the trust and loyalty we’ve built with our clients. Many of them value professionalism, consistency, and quality — which motivates us to deliver our best every time. We appreciate that our customers see us not just as a cleaning service, but as a reliable partner who helps maintain a clean, healthy, and welcoming environment.

Cons

What I like least about our customer base is that some clients may not fully understand the value and effort that go into professional cleaning. At times, expectations can vary depending on individual preferences or budgets.
