Popl will get us headed in the right direction. Pros Ability to manage all of the team from the dashboard with immediate edits and changes of branding. Pricing made it attractive compared to other similar products. The sales team and the onboarding Zoom were helpful and engaging. Cons Not as intuitive as I would like - some of the functions don't flow well - for example setting up the subteams made changes to the members that I didn't intend to change. We were able to use the digital card to promote our various companies and services with links to all of our websites. Pros Able to easily create, manage, and monitor multiple users using the Teams dashboard. You're able to compare how everyone is doing on usage, when connections were made, and the total leads generated. Cons The dashboard can glitch every once in a while. It is not frequent, but after many edits and saving over and over, the page may require a refresh to work properly again. It's not a big deal, but can be an improved experience. It wasn't connecting my information and then they sent 2 different cards one was supposed to scan and input info. When I followed instructions it still did not work. Called today and she started acting like she couldn't hear me then hung up the phone. I called back no answer. So these are lies that they are saying good customer service because it's not. As I am leaving the review it has been 10 minutes and still no return phone call. But I guess when you spend 7.99 what can you expect? The phone number is based out of El Sobrante, CA which is only a 20-minute drive for me so it shouldn't be a situation in communication. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who has a good business. And is just trying to use digital cards to deviate from paper. if you could leave no stars I would. Its garbage Pros I thought it was good for a digital card. It's very easy to use the card, share information, and customize the look. You can add as much information or as little as you like including videos and pictures. Pros I like how it integrates with Salesforce. It can scan paper business cards and import the information into a template form. Also, like the Teams subscription. It works best for our sales field team with all the features it offers. Card utilization and customization is very easy. I love the overall look and layout of the card. Yes, there are some idiosyncrasies of the platform that need to be ironed out, but overall it was so incredibly fun and easy to set this up. Pros It was fun to use and very easy to configure. It also allows the end users to have their own control over the personalization of their own card yet they don't have to. The ability to set this up for them and yet give them control is the most lovely. Cons I don't like that there are some glitches in adding additional social squares and having them not show up as expected without a browser window refresh. This product is mature, but there are just a few glitches that need to be ironed out. Pros We were in a constant struggle of trying to capture leads in the field & at events. We tried having someone man a check-in table, write their names on a piece of paper, and giveaways to capture leads, but nothing worked as well as Popl! Equipping our sales team with the right tools has allowed for us to track who is attending these events and how we can follow-up with them post-event. Another feature we love is that Popl syncs with our Hubspot CRM so we can easily track and locate those they "popped" with. Cons There was a learning curve with learning a new software and technology. Sometimes they would create profiles and we would have to work on syncing the profile the marketing team created with the profile the sales rep created. Other than that, Popl has been amazing! There are still some quirks to work out, but I think the lead capture is the most important feature. Pros It was mostly intuitive. Hubspot integration worked well and was very easy to set up. I liked being able to capture leads. Cons People were able to swipe away the lead capture, which was the most important feature for us. Most people didn't save our contact information. I think there needs to be a clearer prompt for that. Also, the Eventbrite integration was quirky. It would import leads as team members instead of contacts, and we got a large bill because of it. Also solving the method of handing out sales collateral and being able to give digital files is a game changer! Pros Using the trial period currently and the turnaround time to get devices was super quick. Pros include the efficiency, simplicity, and seeing everything generate in the management platform upon making a connection. Really thought the "reassign" feature is clever and will be used frequently by us having multiple VP's who might not be at an event, but can quickly let them know of someone they need to connect with. Cons Might just be my lack of training, but I had a hard time assigning devices to accounts. If I was doing this in mass assignments, I would need a little more direction to ensure the device matches with account and their QR code. Sometimes it didn't reflect in the account. I also found myself having to tell customers to make sure they "saved" me as a contact, because it seemed they'd scan it then close their phone and walk off.
