It wasn't connecting my information and then they sent 2 different cards one was supposed to scan and input info. When I followed instructions it still did not work. Called today and she started acting like she couldn't hear me then hung up the phone. I called back no answer. So these are lies that they are saying good customer service because it's not. As I am leaving the review it has been 10 minutes and still no return phone call. But I guess when you spend 7.99 what can you expect? The phone number is based out of El Sobrante, CA which is only a 20-minute drive for me so it shouldn't be a situation in communication. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who has a good business. And is just trying to use digital cards to deviate from paper. if you could leave no stars I would. Its garbage Pros I thought it was good for a digital card. We were able to use the digital card to promote our various companies and services with links to all of our websites. Pros Able to easily create, manage, and monitor multiple users using the Teams dashboard. You're able to compare how everyone is doing on usage, when connections were made, and the total leads generated. Cons The dashboard can glitch every once in a while. It is not frequent, but after many edits and saving over and over, the page may require a refresh to work properly again. It's not a big deal, but can be an improved experience. It's very easy to use the card, share information, and customize the look. You can add as much information or as little as you like including videos and pictures. Pros I like how it integrates with Salesforce. It can scan paper business cards and import the information into a template form. Also, like the Teams subscription. Yes, there are some idiosyncrasies of the platform that need to be ironed out, but overall it was so incredibly fun and easy to set this up. Pros It was fun to use and very easy to configure. It also allows the end users to have their own control over the personalization of their own card yet they don't have to. The ability to set this up for them and yet give them control is the most lovely. Cons I don't like that there are some glitches in adding additional social squares and having them not show up as expected without a browser window refresh. This product is mature, but there are just a few glitches that need to be ironed out. We meet many people every day, and having a quick and easy way to capture their information as well as give them ours was extremely useful. Cons I don’t really have any complaints about our devices, except getting them activated. There were a few times we had to try to remove them as carefully as possible from devices, because they weren’t activated prior to placing them on the backs of our phones. Pros Our franchise owners get the leads from trade shows right away. We are able to provide each franchise owner an electronic business card that is branded properly. We can use the members as an online director for our business partners and for each owner to get contact information. They will give you a free electronic business card both during the trial (generic Popl branding) and also if you pay annually (can customize the branding) for each member. Cons It required some manually entry as each of our social media links are unique to each member (franchise location). The software doesn't appear to be built initial for franchises but they are updating software with requests that would solve the problems. We have implemented it with multiple departments including marketing, sales, and HR. HR uses their cards at career fairs and employment events, and come back with ease of access to everyone they connected with in an organized fashion rather than keeping up with a handful of traditional business cards or resumes that can easily get lost. Sales reps are able to easily track leads through our integration with our CRM, and contact leads immediately. Pros My favorite thing about Popl is the design templates and customizable branded cards. That was essential to our business goals for the card to look like a professional extension of our company, and they do just that. The templates allow us to build a basic layout for each team member so that everyone has a similar design. Cons Integration with dynamics was a little tricky, but once we got it figured out it was worth it. This has accelerated our lead captures and allowed sales reps to touch potential clients in new ways.
