You can also lock the landing page so each employee has a uniform look which looks way more professional. Cons When sending the invite to some staff to log in for their popl, they thought it was spam and did not open it. I would like for their to be a way when sending the invite to staff, that it comes from either the admin's email or something so our staff don't ignore it or delete it thinking its spam. I can put my code on anything and it is super simple to share. People are always impressed and it is an excellent ice breaker! When I meet people at trade shows, they don't forget me. June 26, 2023 5.0 I love how customizable the entire experience was. Our logos looked nice and our team used these items in conferences all throughout the world. From London to Orlando, they were a nice touch to our conference booths. Pros It looked so sleek and was not an eye sore. I purchased a few Popls for a conference to engage our audience and they loved how easy it was to tap and learn, rather than having to spend time typing in a website url. Cons There was nothing I disliked about this product. It was easy to set up, CS was scheduled support meetings if I had any questions, and it was easy to travel with! Review Source Thomas W. I don’t know have to wait for physical cards to arrive, I can distribute digital cards same day. I can also track what customers are engaging with within the business card. Pros Ease of use and setup, the analytics will also be super helpful as physical cards are harder to track data points Cons Need more time off using the service to learn areas of potential improvements. There are tons of smart business card providers but Popl was by far and large the most professional and helpful of the dozen or so that I originally reached out to. Pros This software has brought our business cards into the 21st century by providing automatic imports of new contacts/leads as well as reducing the cost on paper business cards. As a non-profit, being able to share a donate link directly is a major benefit along with sharing our FB, IG and other socials, giving our new contacts an overall feel for the organization vs. just contact info for one person. Cons Some of our more technically challenged people have struggled with set up and needed additional support. Fortunately, between our POC at Popl and their extensive library of FAQ tutorial videos we've been able to adjust. Being new to this kind of product, it will be interesting to see how usage is going in 6 months.
