We have some that are not entirely comfortable with technology so being able to deploy the apps and to be able to set everything up to the actual implementation phase allowed for us to have minimal disruptions. It's helped us as a company see where we can improve with contact collection and lead capture. It also filled holes in the connection to our various social media accounts that we didn't even realize we needed filled. Cons I'm hoping for a template feature to make it a bit easier to edit profiles that have already been created. They took the time to answer any and all questions, walked us through any questions we had. Pros It was very easy to design, implement and roll out. Originally it looked like Popl was going to be more expensive than the competition but ended up being significantly cheaper and the customer service for Popl was fantastic. Popl's interface for setting up customizations was better than the competition. Cons Some of the features are not as obvious. For instance, if you are trying to save a signature in the wrong order, it won't stick. Reason for choosing Popl Way better customer service, more options for devices. Review Source JC Joe C. Pros User friendly interface, straight forward onboarding. Pro crm integration and easy to digest analytics. Cons The onboarding specialist (\[sensitive content hidden\]) was less than enthusiastic about the onboarding customer experience. Knowledgeable but unfriendly and uninterested if we stayed customers after her presentation. She Did not turn the camera on and was late to the call. The opposite of my excellent sales demo experience with August.“Free” hardware Popl card delivery was not tracked all the way through after the proofs were approved.
