Working with the design team was great to get custom cards made, we can't wait for them to arrive. Pros The templates were easy to set up and implement throughout the team. The customizable profiles and physical business cards are great. Cons The exporting of contacts to Outlook is a little difficult, but I believe that is due to my version of Outlook. Reason for choosing Popl The fact that there was a Team set up, and have an administrator that can manage and set everything up for consistency. Beyond being a good tool, I have never experienced someone so happy to get my contact info. We use the business card, stand, and bracelet, which all work great. Cons Some of the UX can be glitchy at times. Sometimes certain design elements don't save or trying to rearrange tiles don't save or suddenly jump back into place. Perhaps we accidentally locked it, but either way, the UI and UX didn't make it clear on how to easily correct those glitches. November 23, 2022 5.0 Pros The technology and ease of use (mainly for the person who I'm trying to give my "business card" to). I will still carry old school cards because there will be some that do not want me to "tap" their phone, but for the rest, I think this is a great option. It's techie and new which is great :) I believe this will make for some great conversations as we share our contact info with people as we meet. There is never a second opportunity to make a first impression. Popl absolutely facilitates a way to make interactions memorable and impressive. Cons At this team, there really isn't anything that I dislike. We did find challenges in activating cards for users who had profiles that were created in advance. Cons You should be able to enter an address in and see the address in contacts, not just a link to the address. People still mail things and this would be very useful. Regarding the software, the integration with our company's CRM was a must-have and works seamlessly, and the administrative panel is easy to use/navigate. Cons The only detractor I noticed was that the card preview functions would regularly glitch while using and not show an accurate depiction of the modules that had been selected. It's very easy to set up, use, and looks great. I love the QR code and the contact list integration idea and the futuristic look of the digital card. The client management system is a very nice feature as well. Cons As stated in previous page, I would really like to see more custom features like backgrounds, font style, and placement to help match company branding. Besides that, great program!
