We no longer have to worry if we have a business card with us, when we know we have our phone and keys. The ease of use makes it easy for everyone to use it. It provides all the information we would want to get out to our customers and it is fully custom to us. The teams software is very handy to have everything all in one place. June 12, 2023 5.0 We are solving multiple contacts for possibly multiple people. ROI is something we really want to focus in pursuit of conferences and if they are worth going to. Also solving the method of handing out sales collateral and being able to give digital files is a game changer! Pros Using the trial period currently and the turnaround time to get devices was super quick. Pros include the efficiency, simplicity, and seeing everything generate in the management platform upon making a connection. Really thought the "reassign" feature is clever and will be used frequently by us having multiple VP's who might not be at an event, but can quickly let them know of someone they need to connect with. Cons Might just be my lack of training, but I had a hard time assigning devices to accounts. If I was doing this in mass assignments, I would need a little more direction to ensure the device matches with account and their QR code. Sometimes it didn't reflect in the account. I also found myself having to tell customers to make sure they "saved" me as a contact, because it seemed they'd scan it then close their phone and walk off. We can quickly change them to fit the event we are attending or create a standard digital business card. Everyone could quickly and easily adopt adding to their phone wallet and collecting leads within minutes. Cons At first there was a lot of updating. Need to add those. Need to also add the ability to fully customize the style sheet for the business card landing page and add the ability to have a dedicated device/QR code associated with each new card that is made without having to toggle or double check to make sure you are sharing the right card. The company provides a user-friendly platform for creating and designing your own digital business card. The process was easy and straightforward, allowing you to customize your card with your own logo, contact information, social media links, and more. But the hardware and QR codes and brace loads just are not effective. So far to date I bet I have attempted To scan 50 phones and 0 have actually worked. So yeah so I ended up just going to a Web address. I love the profile system though. Cons Well clearly the hardware. I have the button, a customized button, and a bracelet. None of it has worked. We also have differences in iphones and androids that do have NFC readers. I'm having to instruct my contacts on how to do things and I'm having to be personal with their phones to get it to work sometimes. It is a great conversation starter when it works though. I don't like using the QR code. So, that has made it difficult. Pros I love that I can toggle between profiles and offer multiple different pieces of information. The layout and presentation is good. I also love the lead capture form on the main page. Cons People are trying to download my information and they are not getting my information. I have to explain to them how to save a contact card in their phones and I've had to become a mini expert on android and apple products because of it. I also do not like a monthly pricing model as I feel it is way over priced compared to what I could potentially make for myself. I just enjoy the ease of using someone else's design and not having to worry about it myself. Reason for choosing Popl We had a staff member already using it.
