Our company is highly visual and this allowed us to share links, documents, and other content during the first interaction. Cons I think that the integration with other CRMs and Microsoft Outlook could be easier than going through a third party. The software use aligns with our sustainability message and integrates seamlessly with our CSM. Popl is a great tool to use on a day to day basis for networking, but also allows us to capture large quantities of leads at trade shows throughout the year. Additionally, the team has always been extremely responsive for any questions and listens to my suggestions for upgrades to the software. There were some internal challenges trying to get everyone on board with the change at first, but after our first training session and trade show, the entire team loved Popl and has begun recommending it to others as well. Cons Anything that I have not liked or thought could be improved was (and continuously is) expressed to the Popl team. So far, they have implemented every update I recommended. I have requested customizability, requiring fields in lead capture mode, etc. Reason for choosing Popl Increased functionality, instant access to leads and insights, seamless integration with salesforce, and cost. The customer service has been helpful and quick. Pros Popl provides a simple, easy, and straightforward way for us to share valuable company information with our customers when we meet with them for in-home consultations. We can quickly highlight helpful information with our customers. Cons I think the admin side of Popl teams could be improved. Editing profiles can be a little bit tedious. I love how you are able to customize everything to your liking and preferences and create teams so everyone is connected. So far everyone I meet that doesn't know about Popl is intrigued. If they don't know about POPL, that's even better because it gives me an ice breaker. Pros I love that all of my information is in one place. Instead of sending links to all my pages, I just simply tap my card to their phone. This is Awesome! Cons I wish more people would use these and they would replace the actual physical business card. Being able to customize the look of the platform is extremely beneficial. Cons My least favorite aspect of popl has been Zapier. They are not a great connection company to work with and their customer service is not great. I wish popl connected with a more user friendly software. Pros Having a custom digital business card! With it being a newer product, it's fun to be able to show others what it can do. Plus, with the customized look, I can make it 'pop' while staying on company brand! Cons There's an option to capture information from paper business cards, this feature is great as it saves the contact in the Popl app and I'm able to save in the contacts of my phone. The one Con of this is the technology has been struggling to read and fill in the information from a picture of a business card, so I end up manually entering all the information my self. The integration with Hubspot was super easy and allows us to seamlessly capture and manage leads from our sales and marketing teams. The UI and UX is super clean, appealing, and intuitive. Cons The pricing feels a tad high but not unreasonable for the Teams feature. You can get discounts for annual lump sum payments which helps reduce the cost and the price includes devices. There are good tier breakdowns so a small organization is not stuck in the same cost bracket as a larger company. Time will tell if the investment is worth it.
