We had Cascade for a long time as our defacto time tracking system (mainly for PTO and leave) and it had a very old clunky interface that was difficult to use. We ended up transitioning over to Bamboo a couple of years ago and like it much better.

Pros

I liked that it was web based so it was relatively easy to access.

Cons

The front end web app was very outdated, clunky, and difficult to use.
