We do not recognise any active user internally, have no known login credentials, no record of using the platform, and no clear business record of invoices, renewal notices, or accepted subscription terms. Once the charges were identified, we immediately disputed them and asked for evidence of who signed up, what was accepted, whether that person had authority, and whether the platform was ever used. That evidence has not been provided to us. We have requested cancellation, removal of the payment method, a full account and billing evidence pack, and a refund review. The matter remains unresolved and has been escalated through our bank. Based on our experience, I would strongly caution other businesses to check statements carefully for ADYOUNEED / AD CREA descriptors and keep very clear records of any signup, cancellation, invoices, renewal notices, and account usage if dealing with this platform. Pros I cannot fairly comment on the product features, as our issue is that we do not recognise any genuine or authorised use of the platform by our business. Cons We discovered recurring monthly charges from AdCreative.ai / ADYOUNEED of approximately USD $339 per month, totalling around NZD $8,400 identified so far. The merchant descriptor was ambiguous and the charges were initially misclassified internally as a general software / Adobe-style subscription expense, so they were not picked up until a later accounting review. When we disputed the charges, we requested basic evidence such as the account email, signup details, accepted terms, invoices, renewal notices, login history and usage history. AdCreative.ai referred generally to its Terms of Service, but did not provide the specific evidence requested before saying they considered the matter closed. Review Source Yilan L. Their 5-day notice email went to my spam folder, and I missed canceling my account in time. They charged me $339 for one of their top tiers. I offered to pay $40, which is their lowest monthly tiers and they said I wasn't eligible. Pros Generated quite a few templated options for DESKTOP display ads using simple AI prompts. Easy to set up a brand and will pull colors from a logo. Cons Does NOT generate for mobile ad sizes. They also have absolutely terrible customer service for helping to use the software, and on the billing side as well. Feels like a scam. Cancelling the subscription is difficult with multiple popups. Pros I did not get to use it as I was surprised by the Credit card charge. They gave only 7 days trial which I was not able to check out in that time. Cons They advertised a discounted rate, then charged the full price after the 7 days, did not send me an email to let me know they were going to charge me, and the price is in US dollars so AU$510 instead of $125 advertised (and that is per month!!!) Well that's basically what it does for me so far, it does try to tell me which template is the highest converting using Machine learning, but no-matter which graphic I chose, and regarless what txt I choose, the 'highest converting' ranking is always the same. Meaning the Ai and ML only do the predicting on its' templates' and not on the things you uploaded. That to me might be alittle limited. I do really see a lot of potential with this, especially considering this could eventually merge with ai copywriting and ai image generation to produce ads or content entirely from a simple brief or minimal input. Pros I am really excited to see how this tool will help marketers and small business owners. I think ai-generated ad creatives and social media post designs is the way of the future. It helps 'spaghetti-test' your ad ideas without investing too much time in producing many designs. Its also super useful for social media marketing where you need to produce enough content to post but may not have the time to manually design your content. Cons I think the output of the designs were missing the mark at the moment, I do foresee better outputs soon as the program evolves, but at this time I felt like the ai wasn't able to produce visually appealing creative and the template selection might have been a little bit too limited at the moment. All you can do with your advertising when you initially start out is make educated guesses about what will work. Adcreative makes it easier for us to move from "testing" to creating "data-backed" creative than if we had to do it all manually. Pros I can swiftly create on-brand ads and images for A/B testing with the aid of Adcreative.ai. I can produce ad test creative in about 15 minutes using my four codes. The dashboard is really simple to use, which made it quick for me to set up the brands we handle. I spent far less time copying and pasting thanks to built-in capabilities like the HEX color extractor, and integrating with Facebook and Google only took a few seconds. This has been an excellent investment as a scaling tool for creativity. Our Creatives create some example mockups, use Adcreative.ai to generate a large number of samples, and then choose the best ones to keep. Adcreative.ai has been a pleasant and already financially profitable experience, which is unusual for me with.ai-based solutions. Pros I have been doing creative design for the past 8 years and I can tell you that this app is different. The quality of the AI blew me away, as I never use these features because from my experience they are always just BAD. The technology doesnt work yet and the results are... not good :) In case of adcreative the AI tool is saving me so much time and I use these designs to deliver advertisements for my clients who are promoting 6 and 7 figure businesses. Cons The versions of the ads that were developed are very limited in flexibility. You can't remove elements, drag them, adjust them, or anything like that. You are given the lines and have to draw within them. This might be fine for most people, but did not fit with our model.
