We do not recognise any active user internally, have no known login credentials, no record of using the platform, and no clear business record of invoices, renewal notices, or accepted subscription terms. Once the charges were identified, we immediately disputed them and asked for evidence of who signed up, what was accepted, whether that person had authority, and whether the platform was ever used. That evidence has not been provided to us. We have requested cancellation, removal of the payment method, a full account and billing evidence pack, and a refund review. The matter remains unresolved and has been escalated through our bank. Based on our experience, I would strongly caution other businesses to check statements carefully for ADYOUNEED / AD CREA descriptors and keep very clear records of any signup, cancellation, invoices, renewal notices, and account usage if dealing with this platform. Pros I cannot fairly comment on the product features, as our issue is that we do not recognise any genuine or authorised use of the platform by our business. Cons We discovered recurring monthly charges from AdCreative.ai / ADYOUNEED of approximately USD $339 per month, totalling around NZD $8,400 identified so far. The merchant descriptor was ambiguous and the charges were initially misclassified internally as a general software / Adobe-style subscription expense, so they were not picked up until a later accounting review. When we disputed the charges, we requested basic evidence such as the account email, signup details, accepted terms, invoices, renewal notices, login history and usage history. AdCreative.ai referred generally to its Terms of Service, but did not provide the specific evidence requested before saying they considered the matter closed. I used the 7-day trial to see if the software fit my needs. It did not because it does not generate mobile display ad sizes. Their 5-day notice email went to my spam folder, and I missed canceling my account in time. They charged me $339 for one of their top tiers. I offered to pay $40, which is their lowest monthly tiers and they said I wasn't eligible. Pros Generated quite a few templated options for DESKTOP display ads using simple AI prompts. Easy to set up a brand and will pull colors from a logo. Cons Does NOT generate for mobile ad sizes. They also have absolutely terrible customer service for helping to use the software, and on the billing side as well. Cons They advertised a discounted rate, then charged the full price after the 7 days, did not send me an email to let me know they were going to charge me, and the price is in US dollars so AU$510 instead of $125 advertised (and that is per month!!!) They will not refund my money I have been back and forth regarding cancellation and they have just kept stalling.
