Nothing. Any potential value the software might have is completely overshadowed by their deceptive billing practices and unprofessional refund handling. I cannot recommend a product that charges users after cancellation and refuses to return their money.

Cons

1\. Unauthorized Charge: I was charged $339 AFTER I had already cancelled my subscription during the trial period. 2. Broken Refund Promises: Their team confirmed the refund was "approved" over 18 days ago, yet they still haven't returned the funds or provided a basic transaction receipt. 3. Deceptive Marketing: They claim to have a "30-day money-back guarantee," but it is a blatant lie. They use constant delay tactics and generic scripts to avoid returning the money. 4. Lack of Accountability: For a company that claims to be AI-driven and modern, their billing and support system is shockingly manual and untrustworthy.

Pros

Not much. AI is not great, other competitions such as Predis and Blaze are much better. Not much. AI is not great, other competitions such as Predis and Blaze are much better.

Cons

I experienced multiple charges after believing I had cancelled my subscription. The cancellation flow required additional steps, and I did not receive clear billing notifications. Support was responsive but limited by policy and only refunded the latest charge. Overall, the tool may have value, but billing transparency and cancellation clarity need improvement.

Terrible. I used the 7-day trial to see if the software fit my needs. It did not because it does not generate mobile display ad sizes. Their 5-day notice email went to my spam folder, and I missed canceling my account in time. They charged me $339 for one of their top tiers. I offered to pay $40, which is their lowest monthly tiers and they said I wasn't eligible.

Pros

Generated quite a few templated options for DESKTOP display ads using simple AI prompts. Easy to set up a brand and will pull colors from a logo.

Cons

Does NOT generate for mobile ad sizes. They also have absolutely terrible customer service for helping to use the software, and on the billing side as well.

Bad experience - Charged the wrong amount, then refuse to give me a refund. Feels like a scam. Cancelling the subscription is difficult with multiple popups.

Pros

I did not get to use it as I was surprised by the Credit card charge. They gave only 7 days trial which I was not able to check out in that time.

Cons

They advertised a discounted rate, then charged the full price after the 7 days, did not send me an email to let me know they were going to charge me, and the price is in US dollars so AU$510 instead of $125 advertised (and that is per month!!!) They will not refund my money I have been back and forth regarding cancellation and they have just kept stalling.

Nothing, the product is terrible. Interface is clunky and not put together well. Content is poor when generated.

The content it generates is really poor. Customer service is slow and not helpful in any way. Do not buy from them.

just a regular tool, it should be free for what it is. I normally don't leave bad reviews but the overall quality of design, creativity, analytics is just ordinary.

ok text but not pro enough visuals. expensive and not worth it. analytics is not good. nothing special

Cons

you can use free tools like gpt and ideogram or omneky etc. avoid it. they tend to overcharge and don't also send their affiliates their funds. not ethical and nothing creative about it

J’ai testé l’outil pendant l’essai gratuit, que j’ai tenté d’annuler dans les temps. Malgré cela, j’ai été prélevé deux fois pour un total de 750 €. Le service client reconnaît les prélèvements mais refuse un remboursement complet. On m’a proposé des "mois gratuits", ce qui est inutile quand on n’a rien demandé. Je suis étudiant, ces pratiques m'ont vidé mon compte sans mon autorisation. J’ai ouvert une réclamation à la DGCCRF, une procédure bancaire est en cours, et je publie des avis sur toutes les plateformes pour prévenir d’autres victimes. Fuyez cette plateforme. Il y a mieux, plus honnête, et bien plus clair ailleurs.

Aucun. Rien ne fonctionne comme prévu. Le service client est lent, les conditions floues, et le système est conçu pour piéger les utilisateurs.

It has a good promise - the idea seems great and some examples on their demos are intriguing.

Cons

Nothing worked as expected. Image and video creation is truly bizarre and way inferior to what's available in ai tools today.

Nul ! à Fuir ! j'ai été facturé 2x, dont une fois remboursé. je me rends compte que je ne pourrais pas utiliser mes crédits suite aux blocages qu'il y a en lien avec mon activité. Je demande un remboursement ce n'est plus possible. Et aujourd'hui je vois que mon compte est annulé, tout mes crédits perdus et aucune solution ! du vol, tout simplement.

l'idée que l'on puisse créer. mais pas utilisable pour moi.

je travaille avec des produits pour adulte. Il y a de la censure donc impossible de travailler
