Author and Publisher Writing and Editing Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Generate Your Own Ad Copy and Visuals Without Being a Pro" July 9, 2022 4.0 AdCreative saves me time when making ads, and it helps free up my mind to look at other possibilities for ads I hadn't considered. Pros I like that AdCreative is easy to use, and that it generates dozens of examples of ad copy and visuals to help you create advertisements for social media platforms. You give it some basic info about your products and then it produces artwork and text samples for you to choose from when making your ads. Then you simply copy and paste and upload the art into your chosen platform and you're done. I also like the UI and UX, and how everything is easy to understand. Cons Many of the visuals are hit-or-miss. They tend to be random combinations of elements that can either look great, decent, or awful. Thankfully there's a scoring system that helps you choose, but it really comes down to individual choice anyway. It's very easy to use and get started with. What I like the most that we just have to connect our account, and then upload logo and it does all the work itself. Pros It was easy to get started building lovely graphic images from the start. I put in a few lines of information and a couple of our demonstration photos and got beautiful designs. As a non-graphic designer who needs to get ad creative as quickly as possible this was a great option to produce designs. Cons I need specific sizes for my display advertising and found that the sizes don't match exactly what I need. They have horizontal, square, vertical, but no way to provide dimensions for the tool to customize. Cons I only tested the tool for less than 2 days. Never intended to buy this product but to explore its features. Happens that their free trial hook it’s tricky and they confirm you as if you cancel your account but afterwards you find you’re billed for $189 for a 2 day free trial period. Bot customer service confirming a refund more than 4 times. But after 2 weeks I receive now my card resume with this unfortunate amount. It is hard for me to think that this is not intentional. Nothing else, its repetitive creatives no matter what you enter. Cons Don't buy this. First of all the "ad creatives" they give you are repetitive and unusable. You can just make something this simple on Canva. But the worst part is they charged my credit card multiple times after I completely canceled! I couldn't get in contact with anyone on their staff for a while but eventually, they sent an email saying they will refund me. So I removed my cc info from their site completely and still was getting charged until I had to just cancel my credit card and get a new one. For a Paris based business that used USD should have been my first indication. Pros They hide their reviews very well, plenty of social platforms over face book, reddit, twitter and other platforms. Would look up Australian Business podcasts, as there will be an extensive review of this upcoming over multiple platforms detailing victims of this company. Cons No emailed invoices, notice of subscription or cancellation. Customer service will not reply unless threatened - Will lie about refunds that will never follow through. I suggest looking at the youtube/reddit/facebook platforms that also detail this. Reason for choosing AdCreative.ai First google result, Paid for from scam money no doubt. Once the system is fed enough data, it will be able to accurately predict future behaviors. We feed the system with millions of images everyday and the AI automatically learns how to recognize and distinguish between a good image and a bad one. Cons I understand that they are constantly improving the AI engine. Therefore, the creatives may sometimes look different than the ones that you've previously created. As a solopreneur, this is quite a boon. Pros I'm not a creative person. So, the ability to have an AI generate creatives and even the text for an ad allows me to run my business as a solopreneur. The generated creatives are pretty good. I'm pretty impressed on that front. Cons It's still a bit lacking in terms of integrations. For instance, Google Analytics is still upcoming.
