May 9, 2024 1.0 Not impressed with the software user interface and support. Pros I can not say that there was anything in the software that I liked. Cons I signed up for a free trial and found the software very difficult to use, and did not continued using it. Tried to cancel the free trial but it was difficult, as there were not instructions on how to cancel. I also did not get an email notification as a reminder that the trial would end and my card was debited. I asked for a refund, contacted support, and the response time from the online chat is very slow. Not impressed with this service at all! Will I get my refund in 7 days??!! The massive selection of templates helps run experiments and arrive at the best performing creative faster. Also, it helps reduce creative fatigue for the end user. Pros AI-based brand color selection, copy editor, and most importantly, the vast selection of templates. Cons the AI suggestions aren't always consistent and fails/ needs more manual interference . But here and there I cannot get around the API not responding. Pros AdCreative is definitely a creative tool. It generates easy on-the-go ads for you, and the idea is quite brilliant. What I like most about this tool is how easy it is to use, and how many different posts it can create for you in no time. Cons I have used the tool a handful of times, and unfortunately, it has not always been stable for me. I notice that when the platform works, it is working smoothly and nicely. But I have also experienced that in some attempts have failed because the API is not responding, leaving me hanging and unable to generate anything because it is lagging or loading forever. I failed to cancel after their 7-day trial, and they automatically enrolled me for their $259/month plan - with no email or notification that I had been charged for this. Then, despite their 100% satisfaction guarantee, they refused to refund my money. I'd also like to note that this profile states that they are based in Turkey, but their website states they are based in Paris. Super scammy company. Pros I thought this was a clever idea when I first heard about it. Cons This was not really intuitive, and didn't do what I was hoping it would do.
