Emails are completely ignored so the moment you sign up for the free trial it's too late! Add to that the software really is poor. Pros Nothing! The software is one of the worst I have used. CEO Retail Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Bad business practice if not illegal, bad product etc." April 17, 2024 1.0 We signed up, entered a credit card for free trial. As soon as we realised the product is not for us, we removed the credit card in order for us to not be charged. There were no instructions on how to cancel the free trial and no button, so we assumed removing the credit card will be enough. After two months, when we were charged more than 600€ on a CC, we contacted them immediately and asked for a refund and their response was that they have a window of 7 days to decide whether refund or not. Today is 8th day and still no response. They also dont send any kind of emails regarding billing, product etc. so you basically dont know you are still using their product. I would heavily avoid them. Also the product is not as advertised, its generated videos are really bad and cant be used for anything. Pros From the first login we realized the product is not for us and it will not suffice. Cons I didnt like their billing proccess and support. Review Source DA Deborah A. Cons Habe mich für eine Kostenlose Testversion entschieden um einfach mal zu schauen wir das ganze funktioniert. Angeblich 10 Gratis Credits und 7 Tage Kostenlos.
