Well that's basically what it does for me so far, it does try to tell me which template is the highest converting using Machine learning, but no-matter which graphic I chose, and regarless what txt I choose, the 'highest converting' ranking is always the same. Meaning the Ai and ML only do the predicting on its' templates' and not on the things you uploaded. That to me might be alittle limited. Any potential value the software might have is completely overshadowed by their deceptive billing practices and unprofessional refund handling. I cannot recommend a product that charges users after cancellation and refuses to return their money. Cons 1\. Unauthorized Charge: I was charged $339 AFTER I had already cancelled my subscription during the trial period. 2. Broken Refund Promises: Their team confirmed the refund was "approved" over 18 days ago, yet they still haven't returned the funds or provided a basic transaction receipt. 3. Deceptive Marketing: They claim to have a "30-day money-back guarantee," but it is a blatant lie. They use constant delay tactics and generic scripts to avoid returning the money. 4. I used the 7-day trial to see if the software fit my needs. It did not because it does not generate mobile display ad sizes. Their 5-day notice email went to my spam folder, and I missed canceling my account in time. They charged me $339 for one of their top tiers. I offered to pay $40, which is their lowest monthly tiers and they said I wasn't eligible. Pros Generated quite a few templated options for DESKTOP display ads using simple AI prompts. Easy to set up a brand and will pull colors from a logo. Cons Does NOT generate for mobile ad sizes. They also have absolutely terrible customer service for helping to use the software, and on the billing side as well. Feels like a scam. Cancelling the subscription is difficult with multiple popups. Pros I did not get to use it as I was surprised by the Credit card charge. They gave only 7 days trial which I was not able to check out in that time. Cons They advertised a discounted rate, then charged the full price after the 7 days, did not send me an email to let me know they were going to charge me, and the price is in US dollars so AU$510 instead of $125 advertised (and that is per month!!!) They will not refund my money I have been back and forth regarding cancellation and they have just kept stalling. The posts are more attractive in 99% cases than an artist could design in a fraction of the time. Pros The automation plus the quality of the posts is the biggest reason we use it. It allows our social media manager to create awesome and attractive posts for our agency and several clients quickly. Besides that I've used it to create additional value for prospects in our pipeline and this effort shows a ton of value which helps our conversions. Highly recommended. Cons There were some issues in V.1 six or months ago, but we knew it was still new. Recently it has worked like a charm and I'm glad to see the new features and formats rolling out consistently. Whole company needs a redesign of its customer service processes. You can tell this is European company, the customer care is far below North American competitors. Pros Good amount of variations of creatives (quality is OK for mass generated). As long as you do not require customer support the product works well. Cons Terrible back office process design and customer service. No download library. Customer service who don't know the product and give wrong advice. Broken refund process in which they cancel accounts without refunding payments. I asked about the download library as I lost access to my previous downloads (an absolutely essential feature and extremely basic). I was told first there wasn't one. Fair enough. Was told also that previous downloads have a red shape around them. Tried to find creatives with a red shape around them - couldn't find any. Went back to chat support, now told I need to resubscribe to get access to old downloads. Okay I thought, download library really should be a core feature but okay, so I paid to re-sub. Turned out,still no access to my downloads, so I was told incorrectly twice I would have access and it isn't actually possible. Finally I give up and ask for a refund. No response, had to chase. No problem, was told 5 days. And now a week later I log back in and not only have I not received a refund - my subscription has been cancelled also not active even though I have paid for it!! I am counting 5 or 6 events here where the support process has failed. No one seems to care, maybe because I am on a cheaper plan but this is some of the worst experience with an app can remember. At time of writing again offered a refund (3rd time it has been promised). Yet nothing else, no gesture of credits or anything. Truly terrible. Whole company needs a redesign of its customer service processes. Check reddit for some more honest reviews of the quality of the creatives. The templates are generated by our Ai and they change over time with sufficient data to back which creative would do well. You can see the scoring on top of each creative that is generated. The reason we stick to the same templates for a certain period of time and not change in real-time is to measure the success rate for your campaigns before recommending you different options. Ceo Marketing and Advertising Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Be Careful" April 21, 2023 2.0 Pros Created mediocre ads with a quick turn around. Cons There are a few things. I started my "free trial" by selecting a plan for $21 to get access to my free trial. Used the software for 3 days trying to get any usable results. There were a total of 3 even slightly usable ads which my clients turned down. So I decided it wasn't a good fit and I would continue to create manually. Forgot completely about it because it was a free trial. Figured worse case scenario there would be a $21 charge to my card and I would then remember to cancel and be out $21 no big deal right. Wrong they send you emails that go to your spam I'm sure on purpose letting you know that you have to re-select your plan before your trial ends or it will default to a $150/ month plan. That's just scummy business practice. Atleast develope a good program if your going to screw people over with it. I then disputed charges and recieved refund from my credit card company with proof of the emails going to spam and their illegal bait and switch subscription business practices on auto renewal. They then proceeded to fight the charge backs and won. So now just because they want to be petty I am going to go to what ever length necessary to get my money back. Really saves me lot of time. Pros It creates a lot of ads or social media posts in seconds saving me time. And it is very easy to use. You can also integrate with other tools and platforms (as google, meta ads) to create and publish your ads in a breeze. Cons Created images are not editable - while you can re-generate them (change photo or texts), there is no graphic editor to edit them in more detail, and you can't download them in editable format. While there are lot of temlates and they are nice, the set of templates is limited and reused over and over again. For someone like myself, or an agency looking for a more flexible/robust tool, I would recommend looking at another solution. Pros This is great software to get multiple ad ideas up and running quickly and easily. It is fairly intuitive to use and doesn't take much time to get familiar with to ramp up efforts. Cons The versions of the ads that were developed are very limited in flexibility. You can't remove elements, drag them, adjust them, or anything like that. You are given the lines and have to draw within them. This might be fine for most people, but did not fit with our model. My images have performed really well! It's just a little bit glitchy, and more editing functions would be nice. Pros Since I'm not a graphic designer, it definitely helps me make better-looking images in a fraction of the time it used to take me. Cons I'd like for the images to be more editable. Sometimes just a slight change is what I need, but without that slight change (like shifting an element up, down, left, right) the image is unusable. Also, sometimes when I click a button, nothing happens. I have to refresh the page or start all over to make it work properly.
