I can see updates every few months. Pros How easy it is to create professional grafics perfect for branded images and social post. The Ai will bascially overall the image, text, and CTA you chosen with their templates, and gives you tons of choices. Well that's basically what it does for me so far, it does try to tell me which template is the highest converting using Machine learning, but no-matter which graphic I chose, and regarless what txt I choose, the 'highest converting' ranking is always the same. Meaning the Ai and ML only do the predicting on its' templates' and not on the things you uploaded. That to me might be alittle limited. I used the 7-day trial to see if the software fit my needs. It did not because it does not generate mobile display ad sizes. Their 5-day notice email went to my spam folder, and I missed canceling my account in time. They charged me $339 for one of their top tiers. I offered to pay $40, which is their lowest monthly tiers and they said I wasn't eligible. Pros Generated quite a few templated options for DESKTOP display ads using simple AI prompts. Easy to set up a brand and will pull colors from a logo. Cons Does NOT generate for mobile ad sizes. They also have absolutely terrible customer service for helping to use the software, and on the billing side as well. Feels like a scam. Cancelling the subscription is difficult with multiple popups. Pros I did not get to use it as I was surprised by the Credit card charge. They gave only 7 days trial which I was not able to check out in that time. Cons They advertised a discounted rate, then charged the full price after the 7 days, did not send me an email to let me know they were going to charge me, and the price is in US dollars so AU$510 instead of $125 advertised (and that is per month!!!) They will not refund my money I have been back and forth regarding cancellation and they have just kept stalling. You can just make something this simple on Canva. But the worst part is they charged my credit card multiple times after I completely canceled! I couldn't get in contact with anyone on their staff for a while but eventually, they sent an email saying they will refund me. We did the trial, and based on how p\[oor the designs were, we decided not to go ahead, yet they still charged our credit card. They promised a full refund when we contacted them back in February because they should not have charged us. As of one month later, we still have not received the refund, and when we contacted them, they just said, "It's in the queue." Poor customer service and highly unethical. Avoid this business. They are extremely dishonest and untrustworthy, and the product is rubbish. I am very interested in learning how this product will benefit marketers and small company owners. The future, in my opinion, belongs to artificial intelligence-generated social media post designs and ads. It makes it easier to "spaghetti-test" your advertising concepts without spending a lot of time creating numerous designs. I started my "free trial" by selecting a plan for $21 to get access to my free trial. Used the software for 3 days trying to get any usable results. There were a total of 3 even slightly usable ads which my clients turned down. So I decided it wasn't a good fit and I would continue to create manually. Forgot completely about it because it was a free trial. Figured worse case scenario there would be a $21 charge to my card and I would then remember to cancel and be out $21 no big deal right. Wrong they send you emails that go to your spam I'm sure on purpose letting you know that you have to re-select your plan before your trial ends or it will default to a $150/ month plan. That's just scummy business practice. Atleast develope a good program if your going to screw people over with it. I then disputed charges and recieved refund from my credit card company with proof of the emails going to spam and their illegal bait and switch subscription business practices on auto renewal. They then proceeded to fight the charge backs and won. So now just because they want to be petty I am going to go to what ever length necessary to get my money back. Really saves me lot of time. Pros It creates a lot of ads or social media posts in seconds saving me time. And it is very easy to use. You can also integrate with other tools and platforms (as google, meta ads) to create and publish your ads in a breeze. Cons Created images are not editable - while you can re-generate them (change photo or texts), there is no graphic editor to edit them in more detail, and you can't download them in editable format. While there are lot of temlates and they are nice, the set of templates is limited and reused over and over again. Cons The versions of the ads that were developed are very limited in flexibility. You can't remove elements, drag them, adjust them, or anything like that. You are given the lines and have to draw within them. This might be fine for most people, but did not fit with our model.
