Depuis l’adoption de 2Be-FFICIENT, nous avons pu passer d’une gestion réactive des incidents, souvent remontés par nos clients, à une approche proactive. L’outil nous alerte dès les premiers signes d’échec dans les parcours critiques, ce qui nous permet de réagir rapidement et de minimiser l’impact sur nos utilisateurs. Le support client est toujours disponible et efficace, ce qui est précieux quand nous avons des ajustements à faire de notre côté, comme après une mise à jour. Grâce à 2Be-FFICIENT, nous avons désormais une meilleure visibilité sur nos parcours critiques et la tranquillité d’esprit de savoir exactement où se situent les problèmes.

Pros

La solution nous a permis de passer d’une gestion réactive à une approche proactive, grâce à un système d’alertes en temps réel. La réactivité de l’équipe de support est un réel atout, tout comme la capacité de la solution à identifier précisément les problèmes critiques. Les outils sont performants et s’adaptent bien à nos besoins, notamment pour surveiller nos parcours utilisateurs les plus stratégiques.

Cons

Parfois, une erreur peut survenir lors du téléchargement d’un document édité, bien que ce soit rare. Cela n’impacte pas significativement notre satisfaction globale

Nous sommes satisfaits de la solution 2Be-FFICIENT, qui correspond à nos attentes. La solution à elle seule est intéressante, mais la véritable plus value est l’association de la solution au service support clients. En ce qui concerne le support client : équipe compétente et réactive.

Cons

Un axe d'amélioration notable serait l'enrichissement des fichiers disponibles pour téléchargement. Actuellement, le format Fiddler proposé n'est pas le plus adapté pour les utilisateurs sur Mac, et un format alternatif, comme le fichier HAR par exemple, serait grandement apprécié.

Nous sommes pleinement satisfaits de la solution de monitoring 2Be-FFICIENT. Depuis sa mise en production en juin 2023, notre équipe l'utilise régulièrement et en est très contente. L'outil est facile à prendre en main et nous apprécions particulièrement les fonctionnalités suivantes : •La possibilité d'enregistrer des vidéos en cas d'échec pour une meilleure compréhension des problèmes •La comparaison entre les étapes en échec et celles qui fonctionnent normalement •La visibilité sur les anomalies similaires sur les 30 derniers jours •La concentration des indicateurs clés sur une seule page.

Cons

Nous n'avons pas rencontré de problèmes majeurs jusqu'à présent et chaque demande d'évolution a été traitée avec pertinence et efficacité. Nous sommes également satisfaits du support client qui est très réactif et de la communication fluide avec l'équipe 2Be-FFICIENT.

Cela fait maintenant 7 ans que nous l'utilisons et je trouve cette solution incroyablement innovante. Nous organisons régulièrement des événements internes où les différents responsables présentent leurs activités, et à chaque fois, nous mettons en avant l'automate qui réalise les parcours clients avec 2Be-FFICIENT. Cela impressionne toujours tout le monde.Pour moi, 2Be est ma vigie quotidienne. Je le consulte chaque matin dès mon arrivée, car c'est un outil indispensable pour notre entreprise.Le support client est toujours très réactif. La communication est fluide et nous n'avons pas besoin d'attendre les comités pour échanger avec eux.Pour moi, 2Be est vraiment notre boussole.
