I think it's a rather unique idea; unlike other bots, it can truly "do" stuff and covers backend processing.

Pros

I utilize a variety of Saufter's automated functions. Here are a few of the automations I've set up on my account: - Automation for refunds and anti-refunds: This streamlines the entire return procedure and provides discounts and exchanges in the event that the customer chooses not to keep the item. It covered a lot of edge scenarios and was simple to put up in five to seven minutes. - International Shipment Automation: I built up a scenario in which an international order is blocked in customs and the program gives them the next actions to take, country by country, in only five minutes. Indeed, end-to-end automation is involved.

Cons

I haven't used a number of the features.

I believe it is a really innovative product, it is not like other chat bots since it actually covers backend processing and can actually 'do' something.

Pros

There are multiple automation features that I use on Saufter. Some of the automations I have setup on my account are these: - Refund and Anti-Refund automations: This automates the whole return process, while offering excahnges and discounts if customer decides not keep the product. It was easy 5-7 minutes setup and it covers so many edge cases. - International Shipment Automation: In 5 minutes I was able to setup a scenario where an international order is stuck in customs and the software provided them country-wise next steps. It is truly end-to-end automation.

Cons
