Pros Traceability and electronic workflow All letting information can be saved in one place and easily refer back to Cons Tender module - uploading new revisions of drawings on tender module from Aconex is not instant. It takes normally a day before Procure Pro updates and reflect the same revision in Aconex. Pros The functionality of Procore fore managing contractor interest and communications of scope adjustments prior to letting gives the head contactor confidence that all contractors had the information and communications are all across the market with integrity. The total values are simple and easy to read.I also truely appreciately the adaptability of tender vetting through the use of Excel, which allows for limitless comments, formatting, pricing which suit the individual scope. Cons Not many cons as there has been substantial and continued growth over a short period of time and will only improve over time. One item I wouls say would be that it would be great for the contract scope of works to have a standarization option to include "yes" or "No" columns for subbies to check to confirm inclusions or exclusions. CA Construction Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Procure Pro Review" May 13, 2024 5.0 Pros I like how easy it is to distribute tender documents package to subbies without having to send a whole bunch of emails, and I love that I can see whether a tender link has been viewed and if the subbie is willing to provide a quote. Cons I don't like that it doesn't allow me to bypass the ABN info when creating a new vendor as some companies don't have their ABNs on display and it takes time to retrieve them. Cons I don't like that you need to have an ABN to input a vendor - I think this should be something that is completed later on, as many contractors only initially give out their email and mobile. I also think that the interface when on a small monitor is almost impossible to use. You can only see 2 or 3 rows as the rest of the page is locked in place, I think this should be looked into. Customer service is on point and super quick! Pros The ease of ProcurePro keeping everything in one place is great. This eliminates the multiple spreadsheets I used to use to keep track of everything. It's simple for subcontractors to upload pricing & tenders, simple for us to review & send out paperwork and contracts. Cons A few niggly things that are slowly being worked out - i.e. parent companies with multiple subsidiaries using the same ABN & looking forward to the integration with jobpac.
