Cons Editing the Scope of Works the interface has been improved significantly since it was first introduced however i do still tend too download and import the SOW individually. Pros Traceability and electronic workflow All letting information can be saved in one place and easily refer back to Cons Tender module - uploading new revisions of drawings on tender module from Aconex is not instant. It takes normally a day before Procure Pro updates and reflect the same revision in Aconex. Easy to use, integrated with Procore, Jobpac and DocuSign helps alot. Pros Easy to understand especially with new starters on the team / cadets. Simplifying the procurement system having all documentation and data in one platform. Cons Accessibility to other projects is only set up on management level. I believe senior CA's should have more visibility on other project data in the company. I also believe the layout of the procurement dashboard and summary can be improved to read easier. Also - potentially add the approval distribution workflow contact initials so it is visible in the dashbaord. Cons I don't like that you need to have an ABN to input a vendor - I think this should be something that is completed later on, as many contractors only initially give out their email and mobile. I also think that the interface when on a small monitor is almost impossible to use. You can only see 2 or 3 rows as the rest of the page is locked in place, I think this should be looked into. Customer service is on point and super quick! Pros The ease of ProcurePro keeping everything in one place is great. This eliminates the multiple spreadsheets I used to use to keep track of everything. It's simple for subcontractors to upload pricing & tenders, simple for us to review & send out paperwork and contracts. Cons A few niggly things that are slowly being worked out - i.e. parent companies with multiple subsidiaries using the same ABN & looking forward to the integration with jobpac.
