Procurement report including filter option is handy to customise the report Cons If the tender documents have been issued to multiple trades - it will keep notifying of updated documents to be issued to subbies that have been selected & approved in PP. Also there is a weak integration between Docusign and PP link for Contract execution. June 21, 2024 4.0 Pros I love the way management can see exactly where procurement is up to without needed verbal updates. The support within this system is the best of any software I have used. I raised an issue the other day and about a week later I received a message and they had found a way to assist. They didn't just say sorry no can do. The interface is relatively easy to use, and I love that everything is within the one platform, we have consistency across scopes and contracts and it has ensured that every contract has all documents within it and nothing gets missed. Cons The navigation and the procurement schedule. Would be great to have the 'let packages' highlight green as complete to clearly identify workflow is done. Updating of the milestones doesn't seem to sync when tender dates are updated. This is poor considering its easy for upper management to see if things are overdue. If dates aren't being updated its incorrect reporting. The integration with documents from Procore is also quite user friendly, and the support team responding to queries within 1 minute is also a standout feature. Pros Consolidates all Procurement in one module/program without the need for separate spreadsheets. Uploading budgets is also easy with the provided templates. Cons Would be good if it was more linked with our financial system to avoid adding subcontractors twice. This is more of an internal coordination item though. It is also annoying that you cannot change certain elements/subcontractor information after a vendor has been approved without completely cancelling the approval. The ease of use, user experience and overall workflow integration completely streamlines the procurement process. From scope of works drafting to executing contracts, the whole process can be done within ProcurePro. Having this centralised database helps manage documentation, programming and overall procurement times across the project. Cons Nothing to note as of yet. My experience has been great so far. CA Construction Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Procure Pro Review" May 13, 2024 5.0 Pros I like how easy it is to distribute tender documents package to subbies without having to send a whole bunch of emails, and I love that I can see whether a tender link has been viewed and if the subbie is willing to provide a quote. Cons I don't like that it doesn't allow me to bypass the ABN info when creating a new vendor as some companies don't have their ABNs on display and it takes time to retrieve them. Pros ProcurePro simplifies document management and management of subcontract tenders. Cons The scope generating function is very clunky, does not align with company branding, and generally quite tricky to use. I just write my own in word and import it as a PDF. Ease of signing documents via docusign game changing compared to printing out Subcontracts and having them signed in person etc. Cons Hard to find something but sometimes the interface feels like it could use less clicks or be more intuitive between modules i.e. going between Vendor Selection & Contract sections. Switched from [Oracle Aconex](https://www.capterra.com/p/220249/Oracle-Aconex/) It was a company wide switch from Aconex Tender to ProcurePro which was fairly easy and straight forward. Pros Software that does what it states it will do, not just another sales talk promising the world and not delivering!Love the pressing of one button populates a subcontract- so good. Contract administrators need to be administering rather than doing word processing tasks. Customer support easy and quick, ask a question, get an answer from someone who is familiar with the industry and understand why you are asking for certain information. Customer service team open to suggestions from those of us who work day in and day out with procurement. Cons There are some areas I would like to improve but it looks like development teams have most of them captured in their future plans. Now I can see that every month we are using less paper and the office is looking more tidy as the simplicity of this software allow us to get the SOW, invitation to tender, subcontract all in one place. Pros Integration with Procore. I used to send tenders through Procore and had to include ALL the list of documents from Procore in the contract, even though most of this weren't relevant to the trade. Now I can get a transmittal with the documents submitted for pricing. Cons When editing the scope of works, try to keep the format is very difficult. For example, if I want to list requirement it only allow me to use letters and not letter. Also, it does not let you UNDO in case by mistake an item was deleted from the document. March 23, 2023 5.0 ProcurePro has made me much more efficient and removed the headaches of multi-platform Contracts Administration. Pros Procore is a great Contracts administration system. As a CA, ProcurePro allows me to manage my contracts from Tender to Signature, which saves me a lot of time and paper. It also reduces the risk of human error. Cons I think having the ability to further re-word and edit Contracts at the preparation stage could ensure ease of use. Even though there is currently a capability, there could be more of a focus on tailoring contract specifics. Cons Sometimes it is difficult to find buttons or icons to do things, for instance the '3 dots' can be difficult to find on a page, or you have to drag your cursor over a blank space to see an option list pop up. Pros The functionality of Procore fore managing contractor interest and communications of scope adjustments prior to letting gives the head contactor confidence that all contractors had the information and communications are all across the market with integrity. The total values are simple and easy to read.I also truely appreciately the adaptability of tender vetting through the use of Excel, which allows for limitless comments, formatting, pricing which suit the individual scope. Cons Not many cons as there has been substantial and continued growth over a short period of time and will only improve over time. One item I wouls say would be that it would be great for the contract scope of works to have a standarization option to include "yes" or "No" columns for subbies to check to confirm inclusions or exclusions.
