Cons Very little to say here so I am searching for 100 characters. The app its very simple to use as a coach and my clients also like how they see their training. Pros Customer service to transition from one truecoach to CoachRx. Great implementation of AI to the coaching system. I like to have Loom connected to the app for better feedback to clients Cons Nothing much to say about this. I would like to see integrations on the CRM part of the business and Client payments options. Sooo much easier to use than other apps, but provides fantastic data to help with coaching. Pros Ease of use and the price points were fantastic. I used a very similar one in the past, but they were pushing political agendas into their system so I left. At the end of the day it needs to help the client out, and that's exactly what this app does. Cons Probably the ability to transfer my clients and their fitness metrics over from the other app, whoch os expected. There is no doubt that it’s one of the best - in my opinion - the best online coaching platform on the market. Pros The best and the most tuned app what I’ve ever used. A lot of programs, you can messaging with your clients, tracking all their progress, clients love the history piece of that app - when they need to check their previous loads/results. You can record videos and put it to your library and use it with your clients - great stuff for people who used to work with you before, etc. I just love it. Pros CoachRx has a seamless programming calendar to post workouts for clients. I also love the fact that they have a lifestyle calendar, touchpoint metrics and compliance metrics with clients. The payment system is also seamless. The cherry on top of it all is the coach's storefront you can make that basically replaces a website. Cons Nothing. Pros I´d love the way I can integrate my clients, specially coming from another software company. I could experience a variety of new features and their customer service is impressive. Cons I would like to send to my clients some kind of video so they can watch by themselves how much of this software they can seize and develop through my coaching and their capabilities (talking about the company itself). I’ve had great experiences with the team whenever help was needed. Navigating the app might be initially a little overwhelming for some newer coaches perhaps but with so much video support I am really confident that any coach would be able to ease into it seamlessly. Pros I love how complete CoachRx is. It is truly amazing how much it has to offer. With all the features it has, you’d never fall short of tracking and measuring your clients progress. Cons There isn’t anything I don’t like about this software. If anything, it’s got more features offered than I personally use.
