StarNapp ha supuesto una mejora muy importante en todos nuestros procesos. La app es muy fácil de usar, intuitiva y clara, y cubre gran parte de las necesidades de una empresa náutica. Desde que trabajamos con StarNapp tenemos mucha más visibilidad sobre las órdenes de trabajo, clientes, facturas, presupuestos, documentos y albaranes. Tenerlo todo digitalizado facilita enormemente el día a día y hace que encontrar la información de cualquier cliente o embarcación sea rápido y sencillo. Algo que valoramos especialmente es el servicio de atención al cliente: la respuesta es rapidísima, en cuestión de minutos, y además tienen muy en cuenta las aportaciones y propuestas de mejora, que realmente llevan a cabo. La implementación del programa también fue un lujo, ya que vinieron a nuestra empresa a formar a todo el equipo, algo que hoy en día escasea en muchas empresas digitales. En general, estamos muy contentos con StarNapp y lo recomendamos sin duda.

Faltaría la parte de RR.HH (però no és imprescindible) Nos falta el Catalán (pero creo que ya se está valorando para implantarlo)

Reasons for choosing StarNapp

No es un software que deba configurarse por módulos, sino una herramienta específica para empresas náuticas, muy bien pensada y orientada a la operativa real del sector. Esto se percibe claramente ya en la demo: no es un programa que prometa funcionalidades futuras ni que requiera desarrollos a medida por parte de informáticos según tus necesidades. Funciona desde el primer día, tal y como se muestra.

Estoy muy contento porque me ha ayudado a tener toda la gestión tanto de front office y back office en un solo entorno

Pros

La plataforma es muy intuitiva y agiliza todos los procesos tanto de ordenes de trabajos, gestión de stock y parte administrativa. Esto nos ha llevado a reducir costes y ser más productivos y eficientes.

Cons

Sinceramente, no he encontrado ninguna desventaja al respecto ya que todo han sido facilidades para la gestión

Starnapp lo llevo utilizando desde 2019 y se han ido implementando cambios positivos y super útiles a pasos agigantados. Me encanta que tiene un servicio de soporte al momento por si tienes alguna duda y necesitas ayuda o si surge algún error que deban solventarte. Personalmente, una de las cosas que más me gusta es poder trabajar toda mi jornada con un único programa porque tengo todo lo que necesito ahí para desarrollar toda la gestión del taller. Mi experiencia general es super positiva y siempre que hay algo que creemos que se puede mejorar o que nos vendría bien lo hemos propuesto y tras haberlo estudiado, han implementado este cambio. Una maravilla! :)

Pros

Es un programa super completo para todo lo que tiene que ver con la organización de la Nautica. Es una maravilla tener una ficha de cada embarcación en la que se pueden encontrar todos los trabajos que se han realizado desde que vinieron por primera vez al taller, ver todos los presupuestos, facturas y albaranes emitidos y también me encanta el hecho de tener un catálogo de materiales en el que consultar stock y poder acceder a cada pieza para ver su historial. Los partes de trabajo y comentarios con fotos que pueden aportar los trabajadores, super útil también!

Cons

Dentro del catálogo me faltaría la opción de poder ver con algún tipo de alerta emergente o de alguna forma cuando nos quedan pocas unidades de una referencia (se que la opción está en camino ;)) Por el resto, super contenta con todas las funciones

Nuestra experiencia con Starnapp es inmejorable.El programa permite agilizar mucho toda la organización y administración de la nautica, accesible desde cualquier punto .Facil e intuitivo para todos los miembros de la empresa .Permite realizar facturas que incluyen fotografia lo que permite que el cliente entienda mucho mejor el desarrollo de los trabajos.

Lo que mas nos ha gustado es la capacidad de organizar desde la base (taller ) todas las tareas, el poder organizar los trabajos de manera inmediata , desde cualquier punto . Es eficiente , agil e intuitivo

Nice and easy to learn. I did not have an experience to work in similar programmes before, so may be my opinion is not so valuable.

Pros

Easy to create and make changes in documents. Good that there is option to see all amount in each of paragraph in quotations/invoices.

Cons

When I put to the system purchase invoice, and there is an a delivery notes and I resume it in one line, there is NO option to see my original delivery note when I push it on the invoice, BEFORE this option was.

En general, estamos muy satisfechos y el programa es bien acogido por todos, sobre todo por la sencillez de la configuración y la forma intuitiva de trabajar con Starnapp.

Pros

Especialmente el uso intuitivo del sistema, completamente diferente a nuestro antiguo sistema.

Cons

El menos agradable es difícil de nombrar por lo que a nosotros respecta, debido a que venimos de una situación muy mala en este ámbito. Si tengo que nombrar algo, podría ser la creación de un proyecto o tarea desde la pantalla de planificación. Sin embargo, ya hemos hablado de ello y entendemos que está incluido en la hoja de ruta

Starnapp ha sido una aportación muy positiva a nuestra empresa. Hemos modernizado nuestro proceso y sobre todo reunido toda la información en una sola fuente.

Pros

Lo que más me gusta de Starnapp es que es un programa muy intuitivo, y cubre muchas areas del negocio. El chat de asistencia es un plus también. Es un programa vivo, al cual aportan mejoras regularmente

Cons

A veces, una vez albaranado un OT, si necesito modificar algo, tengo que borrar el albarna y volver al estado OT y no me guarda los cambios que había hecho.
