La app es muy fácil de usar, intuitiva y clara, y cubre gran parte de las necesidades de una empresa náutica. Desde que trabajamos con StarNapp tenemos mucha más visibilidad sobre las órdenes de trabajo, clientes, facturas, presupuestos, documentos y albaranes. Tenerlo todo digitalizado facilita enormemente el día a día y hace que encontrar la información de cualquier cliente o embarcación sea rápido y sencillo. Algo que valoramos especialmente es el servicio de atención al cliente: la respuesta es rapidísima, en cuestión de minutos, y además tienen muy en cuenta las aportaciones y propuestas de mejora, que realmente llevan a cabo. La implementación del programa también fue un lujo, ya que vinieron a nuestra empresa a formar a todo el equipo, algo que hoy en día escasea en muchas empresas digitales. Me encanta que tiene un servicio de soporte al momento por si tienes alguna duda y necesitas ayuda o si surge algún error que deban solventarte. Personalmente, una de las cosas que más me gusta es poder trabajar toda mi jornada con un único programa porque tengo todo lo que necesito ahí para desarrollar toda la gestión del taller. Mi experiencia general es super positiva y siempre que hay algo que creemos que se puede mejorar o que nos vendría bien lo hemos propuesto y tras haberlo estudiado, han implementado este cambio. Una maravilla! :) Pros Es un programa super completo para todo lo que tiene que ver con la organización de la Nautica. Es una maravilla tener una ficha de cada embarcación en la que se pueden encontrar todos los trabajos que se han realizado desde que vinieron por primera vez al taller, ver todos los presupuestos, facturas y albaranes emitidos y también me encanta el hecho de tener un catálogo de materiales en el que consultar stock y poder acceder a cada pieza para ver su historial. Los partes de trabajo y comentarios con fotos que pueden aportar los trabajadores, super útil también! Good that there is option to see all amount in each of paragraph in quotations/invoices. Cons When I put to the system purchase invoice, and there is an a delivery notes and I resume it in one line, there is NO option to see my original delivery note when I push it on the invoice, BEFORE this option was. Pros Lo que más me gusta de Starnapp es que es un programa muy intuitivo, y cubre muchas areas del negocio. El chat de asistencia es un plus también. Es un programa vivo, al cual aportan mejoras regularmente Cons A veces, una vez albaranado un OT, si necesito modificar algo, tengo que borrar el albarna y volver al estado OT y no me guarda los cambios que había hecho.
