It makes nice looking newsletters and I like the ability to customize the template to my own needs. I can easily view open rates, click rates, and engagement. Pros Its very easy to use to create and send newsletters. They look professional and has easy customization. I love the ability to send myself as many test emails as possible. I like to prepare marketing ahead of time so it's ready to go when you need it. Being able to duplicate emails saves me a TON of time! Cons Every now and then, the software seems to glitch and I won't be able to easily move things around. And once in a great while, i lose changes and have to go back and redo them. Good interation and overall works well with the workflows. You do need to understand your processes to ensure that you setup your workflows to work as expected, check your emails to see if they are being bounced or delayed. Other than that it works well. Pros Really easy to use interface, makes the selections and choices easy to use. Strong integration with other products in particular across our Zoho Platform. Workflows make the process so much easier to manage, and changes as and when required, on the fly can be invoked. Cons We have had some issues with the deliverability of emails. at times, emails fail for no reason, this could be down to the integration within Zoho/emails we have imported and not validated. Some elements of the workflows are overly complex and have posed initial challenges to overcome, which should have been straight forward. Its interface is quite useful compared to other services. The drag and drop feature in the automation menu is also very practical. Cons There may be more ready-made email templates. At the same time, there’s definitely a learning curve and some areas still feel less polished than competitors like Mailchimp or HubSpot. But for the price, it does a solid job overall. Pros Affordable compared to a lot of other email marketing tools, especially for small businesses. The drag-and-drop email builder is easy enough to use and the automation features save a lot of time once everything is configured. I also liked how well it integrates with other Zoho apps like CRM which makes managing contacts and campaigns much easier. Overall it gives a lot of value for the price Cons The interface can sometimes feel outdated and a little clunky compared to newer marketing platforms. The email editor also has some limitations and occasionally feels buggy when designing templates. August 11, 2018 5.0 We really like the seamlessness and ease of the Zoho programs, especially the Campaigns program. We use it to send out emails every week or so, and we have yet to encounter an issue that the tech support couldn’t fix. As our experience with Invoice and Campaigns were positive, we are more inclined to use other Zoho programs, especially if their pricing is as reasonable as with Invoice and Campaigns. Pros As we currently use Zoho Invoice to manage our invoices and estimates, we decided to try out Zoho Campaigns for our campaign management. It is very easy to use and very easy to teach to clients to which we refer Zoho Campaigns. The price of Campaigns is very reasonable, especially compared to a lot of other campaign programs. I also like the social campaigns, as sometimes it’s more useful to use social media rather than email. It is also handy to allow multiple users post social media campaigns. Cons I just wish that there were more customization options available for the email campaigns. There are a few options available, but the ability to design the perfect email from scratch would be handy. There are quite a few good options to get you started, but for those who wish to make the campaign their own, there are not as many features. Even though the program is very affordable for smaller businesses, it scales up rather quickly, especially the jump between 2,500 and 2,501 recipients.
