For a start-up company, Zoho has the features needed.

Pros

Great value for the money when comparing all the features a start-up needs. We need to spend money elsewhere as we launch a new company. Zoho allows us to invest in other areas without giving up the basic features we needed.

Cons

Somewhat limited customization and modifications in the entry version. It would be nice to be able to add features without incurring a cost.

It is easy to start a campaign and from the analytics see he opens it, call them while your email is still fresh in their minds, then move onto the next step.

Pros

You can use their stock templates or create your own. Adding pictures is very easy, along with call to action buttons. The Zoho team test it before you send it out to make sure it will work in all formats.

Cons

You can't resend a campaign without cloning it.

We switched from another well known mailing software due to pricing restraints and are finding Zoho Campaigns very easy to use and the right fit for our needs.

Pros

Simple to use drag and drop templates with options of preset layouts or making your won custom layout Easy to import and export contact lists with a subscriber manager component that once a user unsubscribes, it is marked in your list. Great dashboard layout to view your current stats and campaigns. Autoresponders function not an additional add on. Strong systems in place to control domains that are on blacklists to protect sender options.

Cons

Could have more flexibility with overall design options in the layouts and sometimes loading content from files can be slow.

Send massive e-mails communications I thought I could personally configure it but I really needed someone with an advanced knowledge in domain settings.

Pros

I like traceability knowing where the information goes, who sees it and when. The detailed reports offered are excellent. Love that and the delivered time. The verification is a good feature too.

Pros

Integration with Zoho CRM, compliance review, can-spam validation and the reports with heat maps. The support is ok and quick.

Cons

Not too simple when creating or using templates in order to personalize them and send them over. Also, there are some problems when we send mails with providers like Gmail.

Bulk email sending has been a joy!

Pros

I like the automation part the most, we can just schedule a email and one shot it is sent to all the people in the list. Adding contacts to the list is easy.

Cons

While I like the software's dashboard, it has no visuals. Could be a bit more interesting. The campaign emails apparently land in promotions tab, that is one thing we had to struggle with. We got the list add us to their address list before using campaign.

Always being able to inform my customers of service updates and new products and services. My customers like hearing from me and this is the best product for me

Pros

I like that I can create a campaign and have the option to come back and finish it later. I also like that I can have a web embed form for my customers to sign up them selves.

Cons

I do not like that my emails are moderated. I think that this should only happen to the first 2 or 3 campaign emails not all of them

You have multiple options to create campaigns. It gives you the facility to integrate it with other applications easily. It has a good catalog of templates for easy to add content.

Cons

I have been using this software for years and I like the line of other brand applications and they have really improved a lot. It needs to add options to clean the database in an easier way.

Pros

This allows you to keep track of who clicked, who opened it, and who reviewed it. Also, the templates that are registered are very good and at the same time you can create a custom templates.

Cons

This does not have specifications on how to make your emails not be an spam, which does not ensure that I went to the client's main mailbox. And the manual is not as friendly to users.

The integration with other apps is great. Is really easy to use even for small projects like mine. Although for me is too much and i lose many of the features the fact that it\`s available in other languages is very important and let me get the desired result

Cons

For a personal use can be too much. The application has so many functions that it can make complicated to handle the time required to review everything
