It is the bare bones brand that does exactly what I need in regards to managing my campaigns and my email list, keeping everything organized and easily accessible. This saves me both time and money, two things I would love to have more of any day!

Pros

It makes managing my campaigns easy and the price is great!

Cons

There's not that many options for customizing and to sends a campaign, you need to clone it which is time consuming.

Pros

Zoho Campaigns is an easy to use, drag-and-drop style email marketing editor. It allows you to easily import contact lists and schedule email campaigns.

Cons

One limitation I've found is the inability to embed videos directly into the email campaigns. It would be nice if this could be done versus linking to a video and redirecting readers to another webpage/window.

Not much to dislike, zoho is a total package, as long as you buy into the platform, it integrates perfectly

Zoho Campaigns offers a decent mail system for free. We don't have a huge subscriber database so the free version does what we need. It's not super easy to use at first, but once getting used to its perfectly fine.

Pros

Price (free version) and the pricing after free is reasonable too.

Cons

A bit tricky at first getting used too, could be simpler.

The free version of the software is functional enough for most purposes and is relatively straightforward to set up.

Cons

The integration to CRM lacks some abilities to sync which aptly ensure that eg email bounces or unsubscribe requests are automatically reflected in the CRM

available free plan and can use autoresponder, emails, and marketing tools. The pay as you plans are a good and economical alternative

Cons

Quite don't like the user interface, it feels a bit outdated and its not as friendly as it should. Also the templates are limited.

The service was really easy to setup and was very easy to integrate into our existing operations that utilized Zoho.

Cons

We tried two campaigns and found that most of the emails that we sent were immediately marked as Spam and were not delivered.

ZoHo built a decent system for sending mail, but I wanted to have some really professional templates to send to my contacts and the selection was lacking. There are other services out there, like MailChimp, which have very professional email templates and are free (in exchange for having their logo in the footer) .

Not as known as others, but Zoho Campaigns is a very simple and powerful Emailing campaigns. Good design tool, customer segments, reports and statistics. Associated with Zoho CRM, you get a unique integrated platform which allows you to do a detailed follow-up of the different Marketing Campaigns.

Pros

I found the interface was quite easy to use and navigate around, even if you've just started using it. We used Zoho campaigns because it integrates with Zoho CRM and we trialled it to manage email and social media campaigns. Integration with the CRM makes it easy to automate some workflows which has helped to improve the teams efficiency.

Cons

Although it integrated directly with the CRM the it doesn't compete with other tools like Mailchimp in terms of features and ease of use. These specialist tools are still much easier to use.
