September 6, 2022

5.0

Pros

They design YOUR store and then they provide you a partnership to their products from their warehouse. OMG AND!!! Their customer reviews to your products get posted on your site automatically. UFFF! <3

Cons

The 106 spam emails are kinda concerning. But again, thats 106 people who saw my site in under 48 hours without any marketing.

### "Became easier once I stopped checking it every hour"

May 8, 2026

5.0

Overall, it turned into something pretty manageable for me. Not exciting every day, but steady. Once I stopped treating every order like a huge event, the whole experience became less stressful and more routine.

Pros

In the beginning, I kept logging in constantly to see if anything changed. After a while, I realized Sellvia works better when you give things time instead of watching every little update. What I liked is that the store was already functional, so I could focus on trying different ideas instead of fixing setup problems. I usually check everything in the morning now with coffee before work, process what needs to be processed, and move on with my day.

Cons

It can feel slow at first, especially if you expect immediate results. The system also takes some getting used to because the flow is different from what most people expect. And honestly, if you're impatient, you'll probably get frustrated during the first month.

Hi Kristoffer, thank you for the thoughtful review! We’re glad Sellvia became more manageable once you gave it time, with a functional store letting you focus on ideas instead of setup problems. Your routine of checking in each morning, processing what’s needed, and moving on sounds like exactly the kind of steady workflow the platform is meant to support.

### "Selliva is good if you want to spend money"

March 20, 2026

1.0

I didnt like my experience with them at all. It could of been better if i had tons of money to spend

Pros

Very nice interface good options for pre products very helpful customer service. Value is ok if you have the money to spend

Cons

Too expensive on monthly plans and product packages. They dont have a good enough starter pack for new comers and free trial is not long enough

Hi, thank you for sharing your Capterra feedback—we appreciate the pros on our nice interface, pre-loaded products, helpful customer service, and okay value! Sellvia starts at $39/month after a standard 14-day free trial (with card details for full access during trial), designed as a low-barrier entry for newcomers; optional product packages enhance it but aren't required to launch and test. ### "Steady platform for testing without chaos"

March 3, 2026

5.0

Overall, Sellvia felt reliable rather than exciting. I didn't experience technical breakdowns, and I didn't waste time fixing backend issues. It worked best when I focused on numbers and small improvements instead of expecting fast growth. For structured testing, it did its job.

Pros

I joined Sellvia after burning out trying to manage suppliers and plugins on my own. What I noticed here was consistency. Orders were processed without me double-checking every step, and I could clearly see revenue, costs, and margins in one place. That made it easier to evaluate what was working instead of guessing. I also liked that I didn't need extra hosting or third-party tools just to keep things running.

Cons

It's not built for unlimited experimentation. The product range is controlled, and design changes are moderate, not deep. If your goal is to build a completely custom brand from scratch, you might feel boxed in. Also, traffic strategy is still entirely your responsibility.

Response from Sellvia

May 4, 2026

Hi Oscar, thank you for the detailed review! We’re glad Sellvia brought consistency after the stress of juggling suppliers and plugins, with orders processing smoothly, clear visibility into revenue and margins, and no need for extra hosting or third-party tools. Your notes on the controlled product range, moderate customization, and traffic being your responsibility are fair and helpful, and we appreciate the honest perspective.

### "Not fast, but it builds a habit"

April 28, 2026

5.0

Overall, Sellvia felt like something that builds discipline over time. It's not exciting, but it's consistent. For me, it became less about making money fast and more about understanding the process and sticking to it.

Pros

What I noticed with Sellvia is that it slowly turns into a routine. At first I was checking everything manually, trying to understand each step. Later it became more automatic - check orders, process, review balance. I liked that nothing was hidden, and I could follow how each action connects to the next. It felt controlled, not random.

Cons

It doesn't give quick results, and that can be discouraging early on. Also, since everything depends on you staying active, it's easy to lose momentum if you stop checking in regularly. The payout system also requires patience.

Hi Andy, thank you for the thoughtful review! We’re glad Sellvia turned into a steady routine for you, with a clear process, visible steps, and a more disciplined approach over time rather than a rushed one. ### "garbage, absolute rip off"

February 22, 2023

1.0

honestly terrible, they took my money id been saving to start a business, so I seek help through them... and then they rip me off because I misunderstood a thing or two. what a joke.

Pros

not much to say the least, id say once I made a complaint through the website 3 years later, they offered a refund on a small amount of a product I bought but did not use and had made that known at the time.

Cons

you cant use your own products, you have to pay a subscription ontop of the website just so you can use there crappy products and there one website that they distribute to soooo many people. and they wouldn't refund me when I realised all of this. and you cant even integrate woocommerce for example cos they own the domain and all these little t's & c's are rubbish.

### "Do not use Sellvia"

October 31, 2025

1.0

Absolutely terrible. I would not recommend Sellvia, they are scammers that need to be taken offline.

Pros

They are fast with their turnaround time. It’s nice to be able to schedule tech support through zoom but would be better if you didn’t have to schedule several days to weeks ahead at ridiculous hours.

Cons

Sellvia uses deceptive marketing practices and hidden fees for using their services. They refuse to provide any analytic marketing data for products you pay to advertise. On their website, they state verbatim: "Do you guarantee results? Yes, we do. We guarantee a minimum return of $200 in sales for every $100 spent on advertising. Our proven strategies and data-driven approach are designed to maximize your results." On Sellvia's website, the reviews are fake. Sellvia claims they are setting people up with a turnkey online store. They allow people to pay a monthly fee to use a WordPress store template that they have full control over. The customer checkout process is done ONLY on Sellvia's website, not the "turnkey store" they advertise. For products advertised with Sellvia, they automatically update pricing to a lower price without advising their clients. In many cases, I have literally paid customers for an order they placed. It's misleading of them to allow you to set product pricing in WordPress when it doesn't apply. WordPress allows me to set rules for product pricing, but Sellvia overrides them without advising that they will do that. Sellvia has misleading advertising about profits. They stated there's a guaranteed profit (not in sales, profit) of $250-$300 for every $100 spent. That is not the case. I am unable to independently advertise my products because Google, Facebook, and other social media do not recognize it as a legitimate website. I paid for influencer posts that do not appear on the influencer's page; they only appear in the link they sent me for the post. The list of transactions I have made with Sellvia is not accurate, making it look like I've spent less money with them than I have. They claim to have 24-hour customer service. Chat and tech support take hours to days to get in touch with someone. The phone # doesn't work; there's only an answering machine that I have left messages on, but never received a call back.

Response from Sellvia

November 17, 2025

Rachael, thank you for the detailed feedback—sorry for the frustration this caused. To address your points head‑on: there are no mandatory or hidden fees; any promotional or marketing services are optional add‑ons, and you’ll receive a full ledger and invoice breakdown on request. Pricing on your store should never be changed without your consent; if any sync or promo rule affected margins, we’ll audit settings, restore your rules, and credit any negative‑margin orders. Our “guarantee” applies only to specific managed‑ads packages and refers to sales under stated terms—not profit; if your package didn’t meet the stated threshold, we’ll honor the applicable credit/refund. Checkout normally stays on your domain unless a payments/fulfillment workflow you enabled routes via Sellvia; if your setup differs from what you expected, we’ll switch it back and document the flow. For analytics and influencer deliverables, we’ll share raw reports, post links/screens, and redo or refund anything not

### "Finally found a workflow that doesn't collapse under pressure"

December 6, 2025

5.0

My business used to feel unpredictable - one week smooth, next week chaos. Since switching to Sellvia, I'm finally able to plan campaigns in advance because shipping times and product availability are consistent. Customers ask fewer delivery-related questions, which means I spend more time running ads and less time apologizing for things outside my control. Not perfect, but easily the most stable system I've used.

Pros

I really like that Sellvia doesn't leave you guessing. Every product comes with descriptions, photos, reviews, and ads-ready content, so I don't have to rewrite everything from scratch. The fulfillment is fast, the tracking info updates automatically, and the dashboard gives a clear picture of orders, revenue, and deliveries without digging around.

Cons

It took me a bit of trial and error to figure out how to organize my storefront layout so the products looked exactly the way I wanted - the customization options aren't difficult, but not everything is obvious at first glance. Also, the catalog could use more products for hobbies and home improvement.

### "Good for keeping things moving without overcomplicating it"

January 30, 2026

5.0

Overall, Sellvia helped me run my store with fewer moving parts. It's not the kind of tool that promises shortcuts, but it does make the routine side of dropshipping more manageable. For me, it worked best as a steady operational base, not a "get rich fast" solution.

Pros

Sellvia felt like a practical system rather than another "shiny" ecommerce tool. I liked that product sourcing wasn't overwhelming, and once orders started coming in, fulfillment didn't turn into a daily headache. Tracking and shipping steps were clear enough that I didn't spend all day answering customer questions.

Cons

Some parts of the platform feel a little locked in - you don't always get to do things your own way. The interface is functional, but not everything is instantly obvious, especially early on. I also wish there were more detailed performance insights built in.

### "The moment I stopped refreshing the balance, it started making sense"

April 30, 2026

5.0

Overall, Sellvia felt more like a system you observe over time rather than something you control instantly. Once I stopped expecting immediate results and started looking at it in cycles, it became much easier to work with. Not typical, but it works if you adapt to it.

Pros

At the beginning, I kept refreshing the Sellvia Payments page after every action, expecting something to change instantly. After a while, I realized the system isn't built for that kind of behavior. Once I processed a few orders and came back later, I could see the commissions added step by step. That delay actually helped me understand the flow better. I also liked that everything stays in one place - store, products, and balance - so I didn’t feel lost between different tools.

Cons

It takes a mindset shift. If you're used to instant feedback and quick payouts, this can feel slow or even confusing at first. You need to accept that some parts of the process take time, including withdrawals.

Review Source

Response from Sellvia

May 14, 2026

Hi Debbie, thank you for the thoughtful review! We’re glad the flow became clearer once you saw how commissions build step by step, and that having the store, products, and balance in one place made everything feel easier to follow. Your note about the mindset shift and the patience required for withdrawals is helpful, and we appreciate the honest perspective.

### "Clear processes, fewer questions"

January 9, 2026

5.0

Sellvia feels intentional. It reduces noise rather than adding features. I don't use it to chase growth spikes - I use it to keep operations steady and understandable. For my workflow, that tradeoff makes sense.

Pros

Sourcing is organized. Orders move in a predictable sequence. Shipment tracking aligns with real delivery steps. Customer service management became simpler because information is accurate. Shipping management doesn't require manual correction once configured.

Cons

The system favors structure. Creative experiments and unusual store logic don't fit easily. Some decisions feel pre-made for you, which may not suit users who want to control every variable.

### "Payments work smoothly, but withdrawal timing could be faster"

May 15, 2026

5.0

I've been pretty happy with how this handles the money side of things. The payment collection works great and that's honestly the most critical part - everything else is secondary to actually getting paid reliably.

Pros

The Sellvia Payments system honestly just works - I've been processing transactions daily without any hiccups or failed charges. Money gets collected from customers reliably, and I haven't had to deal with payment disputes or technical issues on that end. That's huge when you're running an online store because payment problems can tank your business real quick.

Cons

My one real complaint is that withdrawals take a bit longer than I'd like - it's not instant or next-day like some other platforms offer. I understand there's probably some backend processing happening, but when you're managing cash flow for a growing business, waiting 5-7 business days for funds to hit your account gets annoying. Would definitely appreciate faster withdrawal options even if there was a small fee attached.

Response from Sellvia

May 21, 2026

Hi Maria, thank you for the 10/10 review! We’re glad the payments system has been reliable for daily transactions and that you’ve had a smooth experience getting paid without charge issues. ### "Takes the stress out of running an online store"

November 7, 2025

5.0

I'm not a big tech guy, but Sellvia made dropshipping simple. It gave me the confidence to run my own store without worrying about every small detail. If you're new to e-commerce, this platform really helps you stay focused on sales and customers instead of backend headaches.

Pros

Sellvia made managing my store a lot less stressful. Everything just works - products, shipping, updates. I really like that the descriptions and photos are already done for you, so I don't waste time rewriting things. Orders go out fast from the US, and customers usually comment on the quick delivery. It feels like they built this platform for people who just want to sell, not get stuck in tech stuff.

Cons

A few product categories feel repetitive, and sometimes the dashboard takes a second to refresh after bulk updates. I also wish there were more marketing integrations built in. But these are small issues - nothing that stops me from using it daily.

### "From Doubtful to Convinced - This Platform Actually Delivers"

May 20, 2026

5.0

After three months of daily use, I genuinely prefer this to what I was using before - it's faster, more intuitive, and actually saves me time on repetitive tasks. It's not perfect, but it's honest software that does what it says without unnecessary complexity.

Pros

I was genuinely skeptical when I started using this tool because I'd wasted time on other platforms that promised more than they delivered. What won me over was how straightforward the dashboard is - I can manage my entire product catalog and customer data from one place without feeling lost. For example, I was able to set up promotional campaigns and track their performance in real-time, something that took me hours on previous platforms.

Cons

The learning curve isn't completely flat, and I spent a good week getting comfortable with all the features before I felt truly productive. There's also limited customization options for reports if you need something beyond the standard templates, which meant I had to export data elsewhere a few times.

### "A Practical Choice for Running a Consulting Side Business"

May 11, 2026

5.0

I switched from a different platform because I was spending too much time on backend management. Sellvia lets me focus on actual client work instead of fighting with software. It's not flashy, but it handles what I need it to do.

Pros

The setup process is straightforward compared to other platforms I tried. I can manage my product listings and orders from one dashboard without jumping between multiple tools. The integration with payment processors works without friction, which saves me time on administrative work.

Cons

The risk reserve timing on commissions is something I wish I'd understood on day one - you process an order and then wait before that commission actually clears to withdrawable balance. It's not a scam, it's just how the system works, but it messed with my early expectations. The $100 minimum payout is a hurdle when you're earning in smaller chunks. And I really wish there were some built-in tools for email marketing or at least a basic CRM - right now anything beyond the store itself you gotta find on your own.

### "A system that helped me stay consistent instead of reactive"

January 6, 2026

5.0

Sellvia helped me build a rhythm around my store. Instead of reacting to issues daily, I now review performance, make adjustments, and move forward calmly. The business feels more structured and less emotionally draining. It's not about speed - it's about keeping things under control.

Pros

What worked well for me is how Sellvia supports routine rather than constant intervention. Product sourcing is straightforward, order handling doesn't require manual follow-ups, and shipping management stays clear even when volume changes week to week. Shipment tracking updates feel dependable, which reduced unnecessary customer conversations.

Cons

The platform favors a steady pace. If you're the type who likes rapid pivots or frequent store redesigns, this setup might feel restrictive. I also noticed that some product categories require more research upfront to find the right fit for your audience.

### "Convenient solution for small online stores"

October 15, 2025

5.0

Overall, Sellvia has made running my online store less stressful. It covers most operational tasks, reduces manual errors, and allows me to focus on marketing and customer engagement. Not perfect, but reliable for small businesses.

Pros

Sellvia simplifies store management by automating product imports, syncing inventory, and handling US-based fulfillment. Pre-written descriptions and photos save time, and the dashboard is easy to navigate even for beginners.

Cons

Some products are quite common, making it harder to differentiate my store. Profit margins on bestsellers can be lower than expected, and advanced reporting or marketing integrations would be helpful.

### "Smooth Operations with Reliable Fulfillment"

September 10, 2025

5.0

Sellvia simplified my store operations by automating order fulfillment, offering US-based shipping, and providing ready-to-use product content. It gave me stability and freed up time to focus on sales and marketing.

Pros

The US warehouse is a game changer, shipping takes just a few days which boosted customer trust. Product pages include ready images and descriptions, saving me hours of manual work every week.

Cons

The catalog could be bigger, sometimes I feel limited when looking for niche products. Also, the dashboard design is quite basic and lacks deeper analytics. However, the stability outweighs these downsides.

### "Reliable fulfillment that keeps things simple"

December 3, 2025

5.0

A convenient service that handles the parts I don't want to deal with - suppliers and shipping. After the initial adjustment period, it's been smooth and predictable.

Pros

The main advantage for me is how quickly I can add products to my store. Everything already comes with visuals and descriptions, which cuts out hours of manual work. Shipping from the US has also been consistent, keeping customer messages minimal.

Cons

Some of the product customization tools weren't obvious at first. I had to spend a bit of time figuring out how variants and details connect. Once I got familiar with the interface, it became easier to manage.

Sellvia has been reliable for my online shop. I don't have to stress over shipping delays since products come from the US, which my customers appreciate. It's not perfect, but it covers the basics really well and saves me from a lot of manual work.

Pros

Easy to integrate with my store. Ready-made product descriptions cut down setup time. Orders ship faster than with other suppliers I've tried.

Cons

Product catalog could use more variety in certain niches. Pricing on some items leaves less room for profit.

Haylee, thank you for the 9/10 and for highlighting the easy integration, ready‑made product content, and quicker US shipping—glad it’s keeping day‑to‑day work smooth. We’re expanding variety in the niches that feel thin; share priority categories and we’ll queue curated additions. If margins are tight on specific SKUs, we can help with pricing rules, shipping thresholds, and simple upsell bundles to lift AOV. Deeper analytics are on our roadmap; meanwhile, we can set up scheduled exports and quick KPI snapshots to track trends. Reach us anytime at support@sellvia.com, Sellvia Team.

### "Good starter toolkit for new store owners"

November 13, 2025

5.0

A solid choice for beginners or part-time sellers. It simplifies most of the complicated parts of e-commerce.

Pros

What I liked about Sellvia is how much manual work it removes. Product listings, descriptions, images, and shipping are all handled for you, which saves a lot of time when you're running a small store alone. The system feels organized and easy to learn.

Cons

Customization is the main limitation for me. Store themes and layout options are quite basic, and you can't tweak them as much as you might want. I also wish the catalog was updated with trending products a bit more frequently.

5.0

I chose Sellvia because I wanted to avoid dealing with overseas suppliers and long shipping times. The combination of quick fulfillment, prebuilt product listings, and an easy setup process made it the most practical option for my situation.

Pros

The ready-made product pages save a lot of time, and having fulfillment handled from a US warehouse makes shipping faster and more reliable. The dashboard is simple to navigate, even for someone without much technical experience.

Cons

Store design options are limited, and a few product categories could use more frequent updates to stay competitive.

Sellvia has helped me keep my online store running without too many headaches. I don't have to spend hours rewriting product descriptions or chasing suppliers, which used to slow me down. Deliveries are faster now, which makes customers more willing to order again. It's not a flawless system, but it handles the essentials well enough.

Pros

Cons

The catalog feels limited in some niches Some items have thin profit margins Would like more marketing tools integrated into the platform

### "Simple setup, but you have to stay disciplined"

April 10, 2026

5.0

My experience was simple but not effortless. Sellvia gave me a starting point and a working structure, but results depended on how much I stayed involved. It's good for people who want something clear, but not for those expecting automatic results.

Pros

The best part for me was how fast everything was ready. I didn't spend weeks building a store or looking for products. It was all there, and I could start working almost immediately. The system is easy to follow once you get used to it, and I liked that commissions are clearly tracked in one place.

Cons

At the same time, it's easy to lose momentum if you don't stay consistent. The platform doesn't push you - you have to keep testing and working on it. Also, the idea of processing orders first can feel strange until you get comfortable with it.
